I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false.
