The girls have not had a relationship with their Nanny since when they were just infants. Knowing the environment at home is at a 'good place' is an invaluable aspect when we are away at work. My wife and I are both working through this Pandemic as our industry's are qualified as an Essential Service. I especially am away from home more as my company is a partner with FEMA to transport aid/supplies to areas of need during this Pandemic. We have used a nanny in our home for 15 years. Some have been found by a family friend, word-of-mouth, Care and Nanny Services. As with any family who utilize a Nanny there are stories. But the story for us has stopped with Lena. Comparing our experiences with what we have encountered with Lena is like night and day. Knowing first hand the service you will experience with Lena is very hard to come by. My only regret is that we did not find each other sooner, like 9 years ago. But we would not have found _________ and the girls enjoy her very much. The difference in Lena's Service from other Nanny Companies is her dedication to 'the match'. This is not a, "quick, let's fill a home with a warm body type of service". Nor should it be. Do personalities conflict sometimes, absolutely. But the choices placed in front of us was comforting to minimize this. After the match Lena remained in contact and does what she says she will do. Yet another quality that is rare to find. Christopher and Nicole.

It's never easy leaving your child with people while you are at work, but since day one I've felt nothing but positive feelings leaving her in such capable hands. They teach my daughter sign language, how to play well with others, and other essential life skills that I appreciate so much. Every morning at drop-off, I'm greeted with smiles and warm hellos that you can tell are genuine. It's a shame that the only other reviewer has left a negative (and, let's face it, vague and riddled with grammatical errors) review. I very much appreciate these lovely people every day and I wish more people appreciated how hard these folks work at caring for our kids every day.

Then, the lady who gave us the "tour" did not introduce herself, and did not give us any information. She showed us the infant room and that was the extent. She asked if we had any questions. Did not tell us any information about the room until we asked, did not give any information about pricing until we asked. Very unprofessional and she acted like she did not need our business. This left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would never leave my child here.

I am so sad we need to leave - logistics issue after work transfers :(…read more We moved here after Kindercare closed and another center had major license issues. Jennifer was helpful with everything. I disagree with the other reviewers in the following ways (and I will explain why I LOVE KA at the same time): 1. Every kid is different - my daughter knew all of her letters and numbers way before my son (and she is younger). You can't rely on them growing at the same speed. 2. The 3 year old room has Miss Joan who has worked for KA for YEARS. She goes through letters and numbers in the mornings. My son came to KA at 4 knowing nothing and she whipped him into shape in a few months. She can be a tough cookie, but if you need parenting advice and can't find Jennifer (the director)...Joan is your girl. 3. Tuition: you have to pay holidays and vacation days regardless of where you go. As long as we have gone to KA, they have not had a snow day. Ever. ALLLLLL the other schools will be closed, but KA is open for business. 4. Homework: feel like you have NO CLUE what your kid is doing all day at preschool? I've been there. KA sends home optional homework packets that my son LOVES doing. It helps me realize what he is learning during the day and he likes to show off (to me and probably also his sister) all of his number knowledge. 5. Turnover: There have been a few people moving around, but nothing like what I have seen at other centers. The center director has been there for over a decade. She knows her stuff, is no-nonsense but kind. She has a love for her job and her students. And she is a fountain of knowledge if you need help with ANYTHING. I don't know anything about the baby/toddler side because my son is older, but overall we are very happy.

Overall not happy at all.

I'm happy to be their first Yelp review! *updated to add…read morethat I realized I was not their first Yelp review LOL* My (almost 2 year old) daughter has been going to Tweetle Beetles for about 2 months now. At first, I was a little nervous because the center was extremely new and there wasn't really a lot of feedback yet from other parents to ease my mind. Never mind the fact that this is my first child and I was terrified to put her in daycare because of all those horror stories you hear. First time mom syndrome to the full extent. Anyway, we were on a waiting list for a "high end" daycare center, but, I wanted to put her in a program relatively quickly and Tweetle Beetles seemed like a great place. The center was extremely clean and I liked the security measures they had in place. Not to mention, the app they use where I get constant updates about my child throughout the day is THE best thing since sliced bread. I had a pleasant experience with all the women I met there when I went to tour; Their demeanors and vibes were the kind that make you comfortable - the kind where you just breathe out an enormous sigh of relief because you know your kid's in good hands. It was the reassurance I needed to make the jump. And I'm so glad I did! My daughter thoroughly enjoys "going to school" now. No, the food they serve isn't organic, non-gmo, vegan, etc which is what I thought I wanted... But, then I realized that isn't what matters to me at all, especially whe she was still being fed healthy and reasonable snacks. What mattered is my child has fun, I know her teachers care about her and show her love, and it's nice to be somewhere so laid back and easygoing with awesome staff. I fell in love with this center so much that when the "high end" daycare called me to tell me that they had an opening, I politely declined. My daughter has been thriving since attending this center and I couldn't ask for anything more. Give Tweetle Beetles a chance if you're looking for quality childcare at extremely competitive rates. From one paranoid, over-the-top, helicopter mom to the next: You won't regret it.
