The girls have not had a relationship with their Nanny since when they were just infants. Knowing the environment at home is at a 'good place' is an invaluable aspect when we are away at work. My wife and I are both working through this Pandemic as our industry's are qualified as an Essential Service. I especially am away from home more as my company is a partner with FEMA to transport aid/supplies to areas of need during this Pandemic. We have used a nanny in our home for 15 years. Some have been found by a family friend, word-of-mouth, Care and Nanny Services. As with any family who utilize a Nanny there are stories. But the story for us has stopped with Lena. Comparing our experiences with what we have encountered with Lena is like night and day. Knowing first hand the service you will experience with Lena is very hard to come by. My only regret is that we did not find each other sooner, like 9 years ago. But we would not have found _________ and the girls enjoy her very much. The difference in Lena's Service from other Nanny Companies is her dedication to 'the match'. This is not a, "quick, let's fill a home with a warm body type of service". Nor should it be. Do personalities conflict sometimes, absolutely. But the choices placed in front of us was comforting to minimize this. After the match Lena remained in contact and does what she says she will do. They couldn't make time for all the kids and most of the times half of the kids were crying and the teachers were busy with the other ones. There are other staff coming into the room regularly that I specifically didn't like specially in this Covid situation (one of them walked into the room with shoes on and mask under her nose!). Although my son just went there for 1 day and I notified them in the middle of the first day that we want to withdraw, they charged us for 3 weeks!

Although, there were some advantages to Childtime, like an app that allowed you to get real time updates (like baby connect), we have found the staff and particularly the administration to be far superior at NT Kindercare. We enjoy the staff so much we actually use one of his teachers as a babysitter. Also, the administration does a great job at communicating with parent, whether it be staff changes, safety notices, and simple requests. My wife and I went all the local child care places in the area and NT Kindercare stand above all of them, in our humble opinion.

Jennifer was helpful with everything. I disagree with the other reviewers in the following ways (and I will explain why I LOVE KA at the same time): 1. Every kid is different - my daughter knew all of her letters and numbers way before my son (and she is younger). You can't rely on them growing at the same speed. 2. The 3 year old room has Miss Joan who has worked for KA for YEARS. She goes through letters and numbers in the mornings. My son came to KA at 4 knowing nothing and she whipped him into shape in a few months. She can be a tough cookie, but if you need parenting advice and can't find Jennifer (the director)...Joan is your girl. 3. Tuition: you have to pay holidays and vacation days regardless of where you go. As long as we have gone to KA, they have not had a snow day. Ever. ALLLLLL the other schools will be closed, but KA is open for business. 4. Homework: feel like you have NO CLUE what your kid is doing all day at preschool? I've been there. KA sends home optional homework packets that my son LOVES doing. It helps me realize what he is learning during the day and he likes to show off (to me and probably also his sister) all of his number knowledge. 5. Turnover: There have been a few people moving around, but nothing like what I have seen at other centers. The center director has been there for over a decade. She knows her stuff, is no-nonsense but kind. She has a love for her job and her students. And she is a fountain of knowledge if you need help with ANYTHING. I don't know anything about the baby/toddler side because my son is older, but overall we are very happy.

Stay away from this place…read more.. reasons why: 1. my 3 year old is not learning any letters or numbers, they are not teaching it. 2. they make you pay tuittion upfront. 3. You have to pay all holidays and if there is a snow day or if they loose power, you have to pay for all those days. 4. you also have to pay 1/2 tuittion for vacation days. 5. last snow day they did not update their voicemail message and I drove 2 kids in a snow storm 15 miles to find a note in the door that center is closed. 6. Overall not happy at all.

She said thinks of them as her grandchildren (besides my 2 little ones) and that is why she keeps her home up to date (clean, inviting, new cool stuff), secure (4 Cameras/Monitors Alarm system) and full of toys. Recently she received another grant to buy 5k worth of fun back yard equipment for the kids to play on. Most of all I love her structure, its a daycare but more like a preschool as most of her toys are designed to help the children learn letters, numbers, hand/eye coordination, etc. I highly recommend Miss Barb and not just because she raised me too!

At first, I was a little nervous because the center was extremely new and there wasn't really a lot of feedback yet from other parents to ease my mind. Never mind the fact that this is my first child and I was terrified to put her in daycare because of all those horror stories you hear. First time mom syndrome to the full extent. Anyway, we were on a waiting list for a "high end" daycare center, but, I wanted to put her in a program relatively quickly and Tweetle Beetles seemed like a great place. The center was extremely clean and I liked the security measures they had in place. Not to mention, the app they use where I get constant updates about my child throughout the day is THE best thing since sliced bread. I had a pleasant experience with all the women I met there when I went to tour; Their demeanors and vibes were the kind that make you comfortable - the kind where you just breathe out an enormous sigh of relief because you know your kid's in good hands. It was the reassurance I needed to make the jump. And I'm so glad I did! My daughter thoroughly enjoys "going to school" now. No, the food they serve isn't organic, non-gmo, vegan, etc which is what I thought I wanted... But, then I realized that isn't what matters to me at all, especially whe she was still being fed healthy and reasonable snacks. What mattered is my child has fun, I know her teachers care about her and show her love, and it's nice to be somewhere so laid back and easygoing with awesome staff. I fell in love with this center so much that when the "high end" daycare called me to tell me that they had an opening, I politely declined. My daughter has been thriving since attending this center and I couldn't ask for anything more. Give Tweetle Beetles a chance if you're looking for quality childcare at extremely competitive rates. She explained how they had cameras in every room and many other safety precautions they have. The other thing I loved was that they were very advanced with technology.
