I was referred here by an acquaintance who always seemed to have a flawless complexion. Over the…read morepast year I've had several appointments for dysport, sculptra and laser hair removal. I have a pixel laser treatment coming up to finish up my facial rejuvenation. I hit 40 and while I don't look my age I was starting to have a little facial sagging due to volume loss and forehead lines, and I wanted to do something about it as opposed to letting myself go. My initial concerns (as I never had any "work done" before) was looking "artificial". Dr. Simmons is wonderful, she knows precisely what to do in order to achieve a natural look while rolling back some of the effects of aging; since my treatments started my co-workers gush about how good my face looks, that I always look fresh, glowing, well-rested, and could pass for someone in their mid-to-late 20's. I usually wear minimal-to-no-makeup so the compliments aren't due to the smoke and mirrors of cosmetics, it's because Dr. Simmons is the best. Once my friends found out I had a little medical "tweaking" now they all want dysport and sculptra too! But the injectables are merely tools, it's the skill of the doctor that determines the results. Inject something in the wrong place or in the wrong amount and you'll wind up with a lop-sided or uncanny valley look, one has to be careful when picking a doctor these days. The aestheticians Dr. Simmons has chosen are top-notch, professional and friendly. My husband is particularly happy with my laser full Brazilian, and I'm elated that I no longer have to shave- not to mention the laser is as close to painless as things get, so win-win! I've never felt rushed or pressured into buying any treatment here. There are so many services offered that there's something for everyone whether it's a routine facial or something more nuclear like a laser treatment.

After speaking with her I did my online research and noticed some concerning post from previous clients at this Colleyville Ideal Image location. Very impressed with her knowledge and explanations of each part of the process. The lady I talked to offered me no help. She wouldn't let me speak and just explained their policies over and over again. At the end of the day, it's been barely a month and a half and my botox is gone. They were the ones who told me how many units I needed, and about aftercare. Now they won't help me that it's already gone. Don't trust this place. Look at picture to see how their botox looks on the forehead at a month and a half.

I'm giving one star for how nice some of the staff were during the 8 treatments I had with their…read moreTriniti laser system in a year. If not it would be zero. Honestly, Samantha is very nice. I have quite a few dark age spots, some wrinkles both fine and deeper and broken capillaries near my nose. The broken capillaries cleared up immediately and stayed away for a few months. But the Triniti is supposed to do a lot more than that. But even with as many treatments as I had they aren't gone for good. The sun spots and age spots did NOT CHANGE at all. I didn't have any of the coffee grounds results or darkening of those spots that EVERY dermatologist says SHOULD happen. As a matter of fact I have a picture of a before I had any laser treatments, or any type of facial treatment done. Then compare that to the way those same spots looked after 8 Triniti treatments. NO RESULTS or CHANGES at all. Every single age spot, sun spot etc are EXACTLY the same in before and after pictures. Bottom line, this was a waste of my time and money. I should have known there laser system was crap when I could leave and my face didn't even look pink on some visits. Yes I did complain and the manager at the time gave me one free treatment and then she quit and went elsewhere. The first person who did the treatment didn't write down anything and from what I've learned from leading dermatologists that it is important so the lasers can be set correctly on next visits. So it was a worthless visit too. I've done a great deal of research and spoken to a few dermatologists in the area about why this could happen. Bottom line is they probably are using a cheap foreign laser system, and not the type you would find in a medical setting. Just know I don't want anything from this spa to make up for basically taking my money and zero results. I've tried to work with the local office and the Dallas office. I can tell you all they will do is give you reasons it's some how your fault. But based on what I've read and more, there are zero reasons someone should have zero results after that many treatments to sun and age spots. That's coming from a doctor. So, don't waste your money. Go somewhere that has a good laser. You will pay more but in the end it will be worth it to get results. Oh, and if you use a Groupon and then make a complaint-management will just whine over the money they are losing. They act like you forced them to get involved with Groupon

She takes time to truly listen to your goals, wants and needs and plans the treatment accordingly. I've always only had Botox, which turns out phenomenal every single time. My last appointment we really had fun doing Botox, Skinvive around my mouth & Voluma. First let me say I am a whimp in her chair no matter how often I go I'm always nervous, Melissa has patience to stop when needed making sure you're comfortable the entire process and keeps the conversation light and airy to ease my nerves. Second I went in planning to do a different treatment, once I expressed my concerns we discussed other options and changed the plan. She said to me "can you trust me and explained why she decided on another plan." My response "ABSOLUTELY". I trust she knows me and the level of expectation based on our conversations. I couldn't be more pleased with the results, Melissa and the entire experience. Thank you for being so wonderful!
