I sent an email and even talked to their chat assistant Which turned out to be a total waste of time. It took until Tuesday morning before I heard from the center. They did not care that I was sick and want to charge me another 200 dollars for not showing up. In my mind I did them a favor. The last thing I wanted to do is expose their team. Over all I will never show my face in that place. I feel this company does not even deserve a rating. Money before heath, perfect description of Innovative Sleep Center. You ask what to improve? How about closing your doors so a real sleep center can be established.

When I arrived, there were several women waiting and a sign that said to wait until called. It felt awkward not knowing exactly where to check in, so I stood and waited. A nurse kindly reassured me that someone would be out shortly. When the office manager came out, I handed her my paperwork. I had accidentally missed one section. I completely understand that forms need to be filled out in full, that wasn't the issue. The issue was the tone and manner in which I was addressed. The response was abrupt, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. It was uncomfortable enough that I seriously considered walking out and seeking care elsewhere. Patients coming in for sleep studies are often already tired, anxious, and not exactly thrilled to be there. A little basic courtesy goes a long way. Thankfully, once I was called back, my experience changed entirely. The nurse was incredibly kind, and the doctor was warm and professional. I was even offered a same-day cancellation appointment. I was hesitant to return because of the front office interaction, but I am so glad I did. Susan, the respiratory specialist who conducted my sleep study, was exceptional. She explained every wire and its purpose, answered all my questions thoroughly, and used humor to ease my anxiety. Her compassion and professionalism completely transformed the experience. If it weren't for Susan and the clinical team, I likely would not have come back and that would have been a loss. They are truly outstanding. The front office experience, however, does not reflect the quality of care provided by the medical staff.

My…read moresleep schedule is such that I don't fall asleep until way late/early morning so I was worried that I wouldn't be able to sleep during the test. Innovative Sleep Center's physician listened to my concerns and arranged to prescribe me a 1mg dose of Lunesta to help me get to sleep & it worked like a charm. I think I fell asleep by 9:30 PM and they woke me up at 5 AM (With me waking up, as As far as I remember, only a few times) I'm pretty sure the test came out great as it's going to show which direction we need to go as far as my CPAP/BiPAP therapy is concerned. Simon, the Sleep technician kicked ass & is an A1 Guy. The job he did was lights out. He got me wired up was friendly and super professional. Got me through the night sleeping well. Both of them NEVER had an issue finding my veins and getting the IV in painlessly on the first try, even when I was dehydrated or getting over the flu. Dr. Kermen also did mine once with zero issues or pain. The only issues I've had here are with the new people who I rarely or have never seen before. Allie had a hard time a while back and had to stick me a couple times. I have probably had 20 IVs between different clinics over the last 4 years, so this is nothing new to me. Today, I went in, and immediately realized the one nurse in here I had never seen before, James. I immediately got anxiety bc I didn't know how it was going to go. He stuck me TWICE in two veins on two different arms that people typically don't struggle with, and had to end up texting another nurse to come in on her day off to see if she could take a look. That nurse was Alicia. After looking me over, she tried a third time and nope, still couldn't get it. While she was looking me over, James was working on another client and couldn't get his in either and needed Alicia to come try that client too! At that point I decided I was over it and my anxiety was so bad. I did not want to keep being stuck, so I left and they refunded me and I sat in my car after and cried. I have a lot of anxiety every time I come in that it's going to hurt, and with Julia, my fears are always taken away, and I feel amazing after. This experience was so terrible IDK if I'll ever be ready to come back here or try another IV any time soon. I'm so bummed.

The lab person seemed oblivious to having kept me waiting without knowing whether anyone was ever going to help me. When I finally was taken to a sleep room, the air was pungent with perfumes from cleaning and laundry products. Even the mask I was supposed to wear had been sprayed with such products. I was uncomfortable and congested most of the night from my reaction to the perfumes. I ended up unsure whether to trust the study results since my sleep was affected.

I had a terrible infection that was the result of some work done by another Dr. Dr Ryan recognized that my infection wasn't responding to the antibiotic my former Dr. had prescribed and called me in on a Saturday to change my antibiotic. The infection which had been persistent went away. The first time he worked on my mouth I was shocked that I never felt the injections. After having a few procedures done I am finally trusting. I expect to be treated gently and always am. I used to suffer terribly from dental pain and now I don't. Excellent bridgework . . .
