In the end, since it was my first time, I went for the whole house to learn where future trouble spots would be and come up with a plan for future cleanings. The service was priced fairly and completed within the week. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I did notice one small issue a few days after service and the owner came back out to resolve it as soon as I contacted him. Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. I guess billing is more important than customer service. Had they only been as diligent with customer service I might not be writing this

They also tried to tack on sales tax, which is not required in the city of Orono. I asked why they couldn't clean upstairs bathroom windows and they said it was too difficult to bring a ladder upstairs. They also showed up explaining that their water cleaning extension pole broke; therefore, what appeared to be young kids barely out of high school or still in high school using long ladders outside. We have windows very high. They missed six high windows even tho they were cleaning windows next to the high ones and missed two in the basement. You have to monitor/manage the crew the entire time or they will miss.

From the start, things were off. When I first spoke with Parker (owner or manager--hard to tell), he took the call from Chipotle and seemed disorganized. I had to ask multiple times for basic information like his name, company website, or even a breakdown of the quote. Later, when I followed up by text, he didn't remember who I was, my address, or the quoted price. That should've been a major red flag. The quoted price was $375 for inside and outside window cleaning with sill cleaning. I asked if that included tax and was told no--but I could pay $325 cash. Sketchy? Absolutely. Against my better judgment, I went ahead with the service. Two very young workers (around 20 years old) showed up with minimal equipment on a very hot day. For our 40-ft-high windows, they had no tall ladders, and I never saw them use proper scrubbing tools for the exterior. They even used our house's water hookup without asking permission. One of the workers stood on a trailer to reach windows (which, frankly, he couldn't). They also tried to clean our screens using a random cloth until I stopped them and offered my Norwex cloth--which they used, but dry. No water. When they said they were done, I gave a quick glance and initially left a good review (big mistake). Once I had time to really inspect the work, I realized how poorly it was done: Screens weren't reattached properly Window sills were filthy--covered in grass and dirt I spent 5+ hours vacuuming and re-cleaning every sill and redoing interior and reachable exterior windows myself I tried calling Parker to offer honest feedback and suggest improvements, but he completely ghosted me. No call back. No acknowledgment. Nothing. This company may be new and run by well-meaning but inexperienced workers--but the lack of professionalism, communication, and care is unacceptable. The job was rushed, sloppy, and unfinished. The only bright side was the kids were polite--but that doesn't make up for such poor service. I strongly recommend hiring an established, reputable company that values both quality work and customer follow-through. Learn from my mistake: don't be fooled by charm or a discounted cash price. The entire experience was unprofessional from start to finish.
