Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. It would be great to have the onsite team member get our contact info. He was quick, efficient and professional - and the windows look amazing! This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. I had to shovel myself out of my driveway with 6"+ of snow TWICE in order to take my husband to chemo - one of those times, I fell and tore my rotator cuff. I called Pine Creek to inquire about the lack of snow plowing service, and my call was ignored. We were very disappointed with the advertised snow plowing service vs. the actual snow plowing service provided. At times, we got plowed more than a day after snow had stopped falling. We did NOT get plowed twice during a major ("historical") storm as advertised. The last time that we were plowed (in the late afternoon after a large snowfall the day prior), I watched as our driveway was plowed with a broken snowplow - the driver and his assistant, (who mainly just sat in the cab instead of using his shovel to help), tried to figure out what was wrong with the blade, but couldn't get it to work. Instead of pushing snow, the plow removed snow from our ENTIRE driveway by PULLING the snow with the blade into the street, then revving the engine to push the snow as hard as it could to remove it from the street, totally tearing up the sides of our driveway and yard. I watched the plow do the same for our neighbors across the street, pulling up their sprinkler system with it. Pine Creek Service offers terrible customer service as well as poor service in general.

The owner came out and appeared to make notes as we went thru the house and I described what exactly I wanted done. I said I was hiring a window cleaning service to clean the windows inside and out, the screens and tracks. She said no they can do that too. Her estimate was about $350 higher than the other one, but I felt she would do a better job. She said if I defrosted the freezer they would clean that too. I did and they did not. I said many times this was after construction so it would be dusty everywhere and I wanted it all cleaned top to bottom so the house would show well. I have custom. Linds on many of the windows that needed cleaning. I saw them working on them, it wasn't until after the open house when we put them down that we noticed two were broken. She denies they did it, saying she asked all the ladies who were here if they did it. Of course they said no, so she called me a liar. I saw her working on the outside or a couple windows so I assumed they were getting done too, NOT. She cleaned the living room , the bed room above it the glass sliding doors and that's it. All other windows were not touched, no tracks cleaned and no screens were cleaned. I also saw them clean the bathroom upstairs, but when I went in to put towels up and rugs down, the floor was awful! The caulking around the base of the tub was filthy. I had to get my cleaners out and clean it myself. I made sure to remind the, about any cob webs, still there after they left, also about the light covers that were full of dust from construction. Yes, yes, yes, we are getting them. I asked her when I called to arrange a date for her to come, about how long should it take? She said she was bringing a crew of about 5, so it would take about 4 hours. They rushed thru the house so fast they missed doing all these things, I wasn't watching the clock as I was busy with other things. She came to me and said they were done and getting ready to leave so could I pay them. Remember I didn't know how long they'd been here since I was busy too. I wrote her a check for the $900.00 she charged me. The house was in a lot better shape than when she came to give the estimate as things were clean as they were getting done. She didn't adjust the charge, that's okay, I agreed to it. Until after she left and I started to find everything that wasn't done. I was t upset, I was angry and getting more angry the more things I found. I didn't have time to message her at that time as a photographer was coming to take pictures, which I was very embarrassed about the windows and lights most of all. I had to get to our hotel after that, so it was the next day I messaged her. I had time to calm down, so I could be nice about it. The response I got was we tried, we TRIED, to do a good job and do a deep cleaning. They were in a hurry to go to another job shr lined up for that day so skipped everything they couldn't zip thru. I've massaged her several times about coming back to finish what they were paid to do. I was told that I should have said something at the time and why didn't I dispute the changes? That I handed her the check so they were done. I told her yes I paid her, thinking it was all done and nothing has been broken, I don't know I was supposed to follow them around like they were little kids and check their work! I thought they were professionals? Do not call or hire this service! She is very dishonest and has no integrity and does not stand behind the work she does. She does not carry insurance in case there are any damages done!! Big red flag!? I should have asked if they were bonded and insured. Let's say I'm a little wise if I decide to use a cleaning service again!! For you, learn from my mistake and don't get robbed by this woman, I use that term loosely.

I liked that we talked via text (very prompt) and I could pick and choose which windows I wanted cleaned.
