A hard working dad who loves his family. We utilized his service to take us to O'Hare airport and then again from O'Hare home. We booked his services on the phone, and he confirmed by text 24 hours before our flight each time. He knows his way around the Chicago area very well and was a careful and safe driver. He was early to our home for our pickup in the morning, and was waiting for us for our flight home as our flight was delayed (in the evening) so we never had to wait for him. Very clean car. Helped us with our bags. We will certainly utilize his business again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

While heading back to Hobart Indiana, we were in a fog advisory and couldnt see so had to get off the highway. we parked by a lounge and rested our eyes for a few minutes. Welk within that time our van broke down. I had no internet services on the phone for some reason to get an uber. So I taught my daughter what a cab was all about and the main driver answered right away to get us to a hotel, it was 22 degrees outside and he was there in 5 minutes. Well with no internet I couldn't transfer $ and only had my card on my phone. Not only did he wait until the following day for his $, he was able to get us a Hotel that manually worked with my debit and allowed our new puppies in. We were in trouble and his connections literally saved us and our new pups. Good night of slee, safe pups, and Wifi at the hotel secured our transfers and got our van fixed in the morning. We left him double what he asked at the hotel and thought this guardian angel deserved the best review we could give. Thanks again we are home and happy

Negligent, overpriced, & beyond rude with zero regard for loyalty-- shockingly so. My mom has been…read moreusing Southtown/ Paul's transportation for many years. She has been loyal & always tips generously. She is almost 80 & due to chronic back pain, she has limited mobility & uses wheelchair services at airports due to the distances traveled. Paul knows this. This trip, for starters, Paul was tripped up by military time in the flight confirmation. He did not believe my mom had the conversion right (she did) until she texted him a literal chart. What? You run a driving service to an airport. How do you not have military time sorted by now? Anyhow, we were due to be picked up at O'Hare. It was 90°. Paul's driver texted my mom to meet him at "2g"-- a gate that does not exist. My mom called Paul & matters were still not cleared & we waited & waited... In 90° heat w/ my mom, his loyal customer, in a wheelchair. After some time, I called only to have Paul ask me where we were then start literally yelling at me. I told him that I did not love his tone-- especially since we were inconvenienced by an error entirely created on their part. Paul's yelling turned to incensed rage at my rejection of his tone. He then told me to get another ride & that he was sending the driver home (assuming he ever even sent one to begin with). Then he refused to pick up the phone in subsequent return calls. We got a taxi immediately, & it turns out, it was cheaper than Paul's service.
