Small details are what makes them exceptional. Instead of just plopping the 15' palm tree in a hole, they raised the level of ground a bit so the palm tree sits higher up and it looks amazing. After the project they followed up and remembered the small detail of dropping off extra emitters just in case we needed them down the line. There were a few…read morethings we were looking for when choosing a contractor: reasonable pricing, professionalism, competency, and great communication. Drainage was our biggest concern as there's a slope going to the house. Addressing the engineering - not just aesthetics - gave us comfort that this company knows what they're doing. Quote- found them on Yelp, read the reviews, asked for a quote through Yelp projects. They offered next day coordination to view the project. Steven was pleasant and professional. Understood our drainage concerns. The emailed quote came the following day, and it had every detail requested. This punctuality and attention to detail already says a lot to me so we hired them. The job- Started on schedule and the team went above and beyond! We requested the excavated soil to be set aside so we could use it on another part of our property - they so kindly placed the soil in the areas we needed. We saw the engineering of the small gradation for water drainage. The channel drain and French drain were installed for longevity. The 1000+ sqft of pavers were meticulously arranged by hand to include border pavers. Timeframe- this massive job was scheduled for 5 days but extended into 10 days due to the manufacture shorting the border paver count. Clean up- the team did well to smooth out the rest of the excavated soil, gave us as much left over rock and pavers as we wanted and even relocated it to our convenience. Lastly, they swept the patio for immediate use and took any remaining debris. We very much appreciated Steven and the Novara crew for the long days and great work! We love that this a local family business doing great work. The patio looks great and it has us excited to extend our living space!

During the day of install, they removed all existing weeds complimentarily, and helped install a new irrigation valve at discount after we determined we couldn't access my existing HOA one. I almost pulled the trigger on this work, but I said to myself let me just get some other quotes from other companies and see what they charge. I went to five different companies and got five extremely different quotes from the one I got from Green vine. The quotes I received were thousands of dollars off from Green vines quote. We are talking over $6k difference. I am realistic. I didn't expect the quotes to be exactly the same but five companies quoted me a few hundred bucks and green wine was quoting me thousands of dollars . Greenvine quoted me for work that absolutely did not need to be done and tried to take advantage of me. I respect the game I understand people gotta eat, but man this was just highway attempted robbery. This company is not honest, untrustworthy, and just plain shady. Don't do business with this company.
