I had seen several commercials in regards to Ear Works Audiology. So I called one of their locations in Port Jefferson Station. I made an appointment for mom. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist named Cathy. She had a pleasant smile and was very nice. Then we met Dr. Jennifer. She is amazing. She is warm, kind, great big smile, and professional. She answered all of our questions, and we felt very at ease. The day mom received her hearing aids from Ear Works Audiology, Mom's reaction was that of a child for the first time hearing. That was emotional for me. Mom kept on saying with such excitement in her voice, I can hear. I knew I had made the right decision to bring Mom to Ear Works Audiology. When we left the building Mom said, I can hear the cars on the highway. I can hear the wind. The real test is when we got home. Mom turned on the TV, and said to me why is the TV so loud? She never realized how loud it was. Dr. Jennifer and Cathy have been totally unbelievable with their compassion, understanding, and patience with Mom. I was the one that bought from TV commercials the inexpensive hearing aids only to throw them in the garbage, and waste money. You will not be sorry if you go to Ear Works Audiology. The audiologist Camden Orologio is fantastic at covering all bases and getting my ears checked and getting the right fit for the new units that I am getting. I got my first pair 4 years ago from hearing life and the service has been wonderful. Camden is outstanding and answers every technical question I had which were many. The office is convenient and has the latest high-tech equipment compared to how things worse several years ago. I am very pleased with the quality of the new Oticons hearing aids that he set me up with. I highly recommend this location for top quality service and his highest level of skill.

I must say...I brought my 85-year-old Mother here and they couldn't be nicer. To be more exact…read moreDoctor Anne Lynn....was fantastic. What a gem!!!!! Mom was on the fence about going....and she really needed help with her hearing issue. Doctor Lynn did the hearing tests and it turns out Mom's hearing had gotten worse. Over 70% hearing loss. She said Mom should have come over 20 years ago. Well, I wish she would have...but money was the defining reason. With mom's new insurance (Anthem BCBS Mediblue Dual Advantage Plan), Medicaid and Medicare my Mom owes nothing. They are taking care of the tests and also the cost of the hearing aids. The doctor did her best to make it as easy on my Mom as possible....and I really appreciated it. If you or a loved one has hearing issues I would wholeheartedly recommend this place. You really can't go wrong. If I could rate them 11 stars....I would have.
