My visit was disappointing because I was rushed out without any real analysis of my situation. At that point I had hoped this was the exception and somebody actually cared. I was sent a survey and said I was not satisfied with my visit. This is supposed to result in a link that allows you to explain what you didn't like, but it was conveniently broken because they don't really want to know. I tried to contact them multiple times on Klara- they will tell you this is a backup system but it is actually what they constantly push as their preferred method of communication. My messages went unanswered until I tried to call and was told to use the Klara system at which point they responded that they were sorry for the 2 week delay. At this point I figured there was one last person who I would give a chance to say someone cares- the person whose name is on the door. I was told she is too busy to talk to me, but I could talk to the people who have been ignoring my messages instead. Sorry, I already know how they feel.
