Not even while I was in ICU. I would never go back to this hospital. Ever!

I'm still awaiting a response. Additionally, on April 3rd I telephoned the nurses station regarding my mother's care and was advised that nurse Sierra was making rounds and I should call back. When I called again, I was advised that Sierra was not in this day and someone will return my call. I'm still awaiting a call. Can I request negative stars on this site?

Getting appointments here is not too hard, but if you are not able to get one, they have convenient walk-in hours Monday - Friday (8:30am - 9:30am), where the nurse practitioners can see you. They also have hours on Saturday from 9am to noon.

The place was cold with no heat on, but I had to wear a paper gown for quite a while, only to be sent away with no diagnosis and no prescription. My condition got worse as a result of the delay. I always paid my copay at each visit and he was always paid the balance by the insurance company. There was no way that was happening. I turned around and walked out never to return.
