Thankfully, Elite Pool Designs put all of our fears to rest thanks to their amazing customer service, fair prices and excellent, high quality work. We previously had a koi pond in our backyard but, as the fish died out, realized we wanted something else back there instead. We reached out to Elite Pool and Cyndi and she came over the next day to assess our yard. As we had no idea where to start, she helped guide us through the whole process, connecting us with surveyors, tree removal experts and all of the other hidden things you don't think about when you decide "I want a pool". After the work to get the yard ready was done, we went to the Elite Pool offices to pick out the tile, lining and design of the pool. Cyndi walked us through the shape and features we wanted, and provided a very reasonable quote for everything, including, automation, a heater for the pool (hey it DOES sometime get cold here!) and a screen enclosure. Construction for the pool started in October 2024 and finished in late January 2025, and our hat goes off to Robert (owner of Elite Pool) for his help with managing the entire project. Crews arrived as needed and on time, and though there were some periods between steps where not a lot of work was being done, it was never unreasonable and given the holidays, totally fair. Inspection and electrical were simple and easy and now we are ready to enjoy our pool! For anyone in our same position, looking to install a pool from scratch but not sure where to turn, Elite Pool Design should be your first call, can't recommend them highly enough!

All about pools and decks. review…read more7/18/17 We contracted 'All About Pools And Decks' in mid May this year to resurface and upgrade our pool and patio deck. The work began shortly after and was completed mid June. We found the owner George and his crew to be courteous and respectful. The overall upgrade of both pool and deck were done very well however there were some draw backs. They used and broke both of my pocket hoses and this was never disclosed to me. Also because the plastic around the bottom of the house and patio screens was never installed as promised, the outside clean up was more difficult and only done marginally. Then after they finished and I used the pool I noticed that a large number of the tiles had what looks like stain marks running down the tiles. Also a number of the white tile grout between the tiles was not completed. We were also promised information on some relief from the county utilities for the volume of water used to refill the pool. We have contacted the company three times by phone and once by email and left messages about the pool tiles and info on pool refill relief but to no avail. Upon my return to the property, the pool and hot tub were green and drained 3 feet due to evaporation meaning the pool had not been cleaned in weeks and at some point the pumps failed. When confronted about the situation, Nick communicated that he fired the tech who was not servicing pools and would restore the pool to the correct chemical balance.
