It's very spiffy to have a party room connected to the pool area. We sat outside both rooms at a high top to watch her enjoy the fun, and once my daughter arrived to stay with her, we took off. Another time, the pool was filled with rowdy recent college grads tossing around a football, splashing unnecessarily and being a general nuisance. The last time I was there, I had to go through 5 different chairs before I found one that was in one piece and undamaged (presumably by said college grads' horseplay). That said, the pool itself is gorgeous. It is in the shape of a windy circle, with an island in the middle, which is pretty conducive to privacy pending that you can find a quiet spot across and away from any creepers and/or annoying guests. The pool also boasts in-pool tables and bar stools, arching fountains and in-line benches throughout the perimeter. There's a general understanding that anyone can bring in food and booze, so long as you clean up after yourself (and so far, everyone seems to do so).

A happy upbeat & inspirational environment lives here. It is a blend that matches one's caffeine intake and reminds one to get your fitness goals done. This location is massive and one-stop-shopping for all of your wellness needs. The happy counter staff such as the very welcoming, Kenneth, to the kind cafe peeps and even salon staff that absolutely do not take themselves too seriously but are naturally happy and helpful. This was my second time and I wanted to do more than I did the previous time here. I had the privilege of taking a dance class with the soulful and intuitive instructor named Jenny. It was a high energy dance coreo set where she made sure all were included and shined with gusto during the end of class performance. She created a special 'ring of accountability' before and after the class was taught. A true safe space to your bold authentic yourself. This kind of teaching extends beyond one's 'self-care' and exists on a frequency of 'community-care' and supports the 'group mind' of a creative set of artists or people wanting to draw more outside the box. The steam room and sauna were clean and detoxes one perfectly and so does the amazing hot tub and plunge pool duo and while taken all in rotation it was downright Japanese in their easy flowing easy to access layout. For every uptempo aminity there are downtempo ones too. A special shoutout to soulful Elizabeth Brown who taught a mid-day Root Yoga course filled with the best energy and well paced kindness. This is my kind of class, it's solid and restorative in its pacing and keeps the yogi listening without the pressures of comparison. Elizabeth meets you where you are no matter the level of practice and look forward to booking her class again when I am in town next. Overall, this is a great gym. The new management has implemented a lot of new things like locker…read moreroom attendants and a longer pool season; both make for a better member experience. The gym is also looking a lot cleaner. Yes, it's expensive, but totally worth it! Lots of free classes and community building opportunities; however it is really confusing about what you have access to based on your membership level.

I want to start by saying that I am an extremely passive and non-confrontational type of Customer…read more I did not go into the gym with the expectation that there was going to be an argument or especially to be berated. Last Wednesday, my friend and I signed up for the 3 day pass at your 2100 Polaris Parkway location, in Columbus Ohio. We went and were greeted by Tyler who at first introduction seemed very kind. My friend and I worked out and loved the gym. Tyler told us he would be sending up offer emails, and to expect prices to go up by Monday, as "the gym is switching back to LA Fitness." We saw this as a ploy to get us to sign up faster, but it didn't deter us from joining. The plan was to use our 3 day passes and then sign up. Tyler called me on Friday, I explained to him that I haven't had a chance to come in, but we were very interested and I would sign up through the offer email. Later that night, I attempted to sign up with my American Express card. I received an error on the next page. I retried with my routing and account information, signed the documents, and went on with my busy weekend. The following Monday (4/1) I walk in and attempt to give my phone number because I haven't received a badge. To my surprise I'm not found in their system. Tyler takes me and my friend back to his office and says that he told us to sign up within the timeframe, as prices would increase. I explain to him that I had. He then asks to check my browser history, as if I'm lying. I show him, which proves I was in fact on the website and received the error and continued to re-attempt. He continued to question my search history and stated that if my search history had shown thecorrect URL that he would have been able to honor the price. My friend and I both questioned the point of the browser history interrogation, and explained in detail exactly what happened: that I signed up, received the error, and retried, but something must have gone wrong. We asked that he please honor the price as it was a system error and not a human one. He continues to badger us, and tells me I should've come in if I had issues. Again, had I known the system wouldn't process the signup, I would've come in; it was a complete surprise that it did not process. This goes on for about 10 minutes. Where I feel he is completely chastising us, and accusing us of lying, and he offers the jump in price of $29.99. I tell him it's not about the $5 difference. It is about his treatment of us. That I'm extremely uncomfortable by the confrontation, and because of his conduct, that I'm leaving and signing up for another gym. As we are walking out, he proceeds to call us clowns and walks away. My friend and I are in disbelief. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully by a staff member, let alone a manager. All for voicing our concerns. I am dumbfounded and chose to walk out. Again, because I don't like confrontation. Because he called us "clowns", my friend asks to speak to the Gym manager who is on a phone call at the main front desk. She waits. All while Tyler is throwing a temper tantrum right there behind the front desk, in front of all the incoming customers, loudly complaining about the altercation and making snide comments about us, all the while my friend is still waiting for the manager and is standing right there, just two feet away, overhearing all of it. That it itself is unbelievably unprofessional. His manager, who is still on the phone with a customer, motioned for him to stop (multiple times), but he continued. This went on for 10 or more minutes. There were two other colleagues who were there and can attest to this behavior. I am appalled that someone like this is in a customer service position. A gym is supposed to feel inviting, and that's not how we felt. Our excitement for the gym quickly dissipated. I will never sign up for a membership here as long as Tyler is working there. As a gym in such a competitive environment like Columbus, there should be more thought into who you hire and who you choose to keep on. Especially with a planet fitness right across the street. My friend and I quickly crossed the street, signed up for planet fitness and had a great workout, contrary to how Tyler treated us.

Whenever i call, the manager Phoenix he keeps saying the VIP is taking a look at it and will get back to you and its been a month, no news from them. It doesnt take more than a month to return my PT session which i paid. Hence i would rate it the worst for Personal Training session return session
