They were able to accommodate my appointment change and were super sweet the whole time. This was my first time at this location, I had previously been to the Brighton Ave. spot about 5 years ago, and had a great experience. Then, insurance, life, money, employment, and Zenni optical online gave me a break from scheduling eye appointments... Fast forward to now and I decided a check up might be nice along with some new high quality frames that my insurance would partially pay for. I was worried about finding parking, but I got a spot right in front of the office. BRING CHANGE FOR THE METER. A few things really stood out for me here. First, it was run by all women. My eye doctor, the receptionist, the person who helps you pick out glasses. I love any business where females make up the majority. Second, the layout was simple, there were two rooms off the main entrance, but overall the space was small and well designed. The doctor was thorough and actually found something in one of my retinas that I need to be aware of, so I'm glad I went in. So, tell them Amanda B.
