The quality of their work was great, they wore shoe coverings and vacuumed up their work areas. I was just dismayed by the amount they charged. (originally rated one star) They didn't simply unplug the old and plug in the new. They removed an adapter from the hard wired smoke detector and wired in a new plug. (less then 5 minutes per detector). I appreciated that they did the job right. Upgraded from one star to two, based solely on price.

My insurance was ready to write the check, they just needed the work order sent to them. I put down $1000 to get the work started the next day at 11am. 11:20 hit and I heard nothing. My insurance adjuster also informed me he didn't get the invoice yet so I texted asking what's up and he said he'd get around to it shortly. Regardless his employee still was late with no communication about it. Luckily around that time my adjuster informed me they hired someone to come write up the damage estimate so I told them to just hold off and I decided to get a second quote by an electrician I actually found as a referral. That guy came and said it actually looked fine and we could probably run our electricity but I did have him fix it anyway because we already dodged one fire. Cost $1500. I had to threaten a chargeback with this company to get my money back. I highly recommend avoiding this company altogether. Can't stand predatory behavior toward victims of disaster.
