So the front coil overs I purchased are pre assembled so it's just remove the old assemblies and swap these in their place. It's usually about 2 hours labor for each front side and then an alignment. Today the manager, Robert, said no we don't install customer's parts since we give a warranty on our parts. That's a crock of BS as they only want to sell you their parts that they make a profit on. I guarantee you my parts were top shelf in quality. Needless to say they just lost a loyal customer.
