David ordered a transmission, but unfortunately, not a rebuilt one, he had one shipped from Chilliwack that was USED. The transmission did not work. I had to tow my truck from Nelson to Kokanee Ford in Creston. I requested that the used transmission be sent back and a rebuilt one, which I ordered in the first place, be sent. Kokanee Ford refused. They are not taking responsibility for their mistake. I had to tow my truck back to Nelson.....and then learned Kokanee Ford kept 3 parts to my truck, which they are not returning....very disappointed!!!

I can understand mistakes but then they just topped up my rad fluid and charged me for the fluid and gave me the worst attitude and tried to say I should be checking all the caps and work after they do it??? like why did I pay you? Strongly suggest staying away from this shop. They do poor work and are shady and not the type of people you want to deal with. I have 4 other friends with really negative experiences here. I'm hoping they go out of business and get run out of town.

Called up on a Saturday morning and brought my rental car in for tire fix. Turned out the tire had…read moreseparated, and they called Hertz to get approval to replace the tire, which they received. After further inspection, in the tire rotation process, they determined that a 2nd tire on the same side was about to blow also. Luckily for me they had two tires of this unusual size in stock, and went ahead and replaced the 2nd tire without even calling Hertz for approval---they said it was a safety issue. Yes, I know, as I saw both problems. Terry & Chris were terrific. Their techs provided super fast and quality service. Very honest and trusting (not to feel like they had to call Hertz a 2nd time) service people.
