On the…read moreway there, my tire low sensor went off, and I drove nervously watching it all the way to Cranbrook to see if it would continue to go down, but it remained a small difference. Nervous that we'd have a problem once back on the highway, we were driving by OK Tire, and I quickly turned in. I told them what the problem was and without hesitation, they took my car immediately to check and make sure it was safe. After a thorough check, they confirmed that the tires were fine and reset the sensor. When I thanked them and went to pay for the check up, I was told there was NO CHARGE! Wow! These guys know service and really went above and beyond to make a woman feel safe and put me completely at ease getting back on the road. Kudos and high recommendations for this OK Tire location!

The interior waiting area was comfortable for our surprisingly brief wait. They also had a solid selection of snow chains for both vehicles, and were able to answer all of our questions regarding the products we purchased. Not that there's a ton of other options out here, but I wouldn't hesitate to give them my repeat business. Word to the wise, though, weekends seem like they can get pretty slammed in there, which makes parking tricky. We found some overflow parking just up the hill and beside/behind the building. Going on a weekday, I found the place to be much less hectic and parking was a cinch.

I can understand mistakes but then they just topped up my rad fluid and charged me for the fluid and gave me the worst attitude and tried to say I should be checking all the caps and work after they do it??? like why did I pay you? Strongly suggest staying away from this shop. They do poor work and are shady and not the type of people you want to deal with. I have 4 other friends with really negative experiences here. I'm hoping they go out of business and get run out of town.
