My package was not picked up until 8:00 pm making it to the facility around 9:00 pm thus missing the plane to be delivered. Therfore it is not next day but two day. This is a medical sample and cannot sit for a long time. I have no idea how my package is being handled. If the sample is now bad from poor temperature control. I am extremely frustrated that I did my due diligence of being the first person to give the package for delivery and now due to lack on UPS' part our samples might be ruined and we might have to spend another $200 to redo the test. So overall DO NOT COME HERE FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING. You would think you wouldn't have to ask if there is next day shipping at a stand alone UPS store but guess again.
