Scammed by this company. My dad ordered 7 boxes of gutters and they sent one half opened box. The owner would not reply back to us. Please beware of this company. They also are very vague on their email invoices to get away from bank investigations. read more

Very attentive at the beginning, never finished and never returned my calls

(*update at bottom. After contractor saw this completely honest review he sent me a text. I have copied and pasted his text and my response below) I REALLY wanted to give this guy a chance at our business since the website says they offer a 25% military discount and the reviews looked great. We have a small job to bid, an underdecking system that needs gutters. I used the online form from their website to set up an estimate and that seemed very handy. I received two email confirmations for the appointment. Rory was supposed to be at our house Thursday 6/9 @ 11am. I started trying to call this guy around 11:35 when I hadn't heard anything. Got a vm, but the mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. Tried back closer to 12pm and got through. The excuse was pretty jarbled...new scheduling system, someone was supposed to be there, not sure, etc. I was told he would text me a new appointment slot in about half hour when he got to a calendar. At 3:15 that afternoon I STILL hadn't heard so I texted him, reminding him that he was supposed to reschedule. Never heard. Tried calling on Friday around 9am, still full vm. So I texted letting him know his vm is full and that I'd still like to reschedule. I said we wanted to make a decision soon so he should reach out asap if he's interested in the job. Around 10:40 he texted back said thx for letting him know about the mailbox and how about 11am on Saturday (next day). I said yes but to please lmk if he wouldn't make it. 11am has come and gone. at 11:20 I texted and asked if he's comeing. No response. A few minutes later I sent a final text saying "ok, guess not. That's too bad." It's now 12:15 on Saturday. He has not emailed, called, texted, or shown up. Two missed appointments with no warning, several ignored texts, and a full mailbox unable to take messages. I REALLY did try to give this guy a chance. I mean, if he's too busy or if this job is too small, I should have just been told that. If he can't make an appointment, I should have been told that. We've had a lot of work done around here lately which included getting several bids for several different aspects of the work, and this is the most unprofessional someone has been to date. Clearly I will never contact this company again for any future gutter work we might need (which I'm sure we will). Text received from Rory at 9pm Saturday 6/11 - after never responding to my texts this morning or showing up "For you to negatively impact my business for life just because you didn't get an estimate says a lot about what kind of person you are! I'm the only person running this business I'm a single father with 2 little girls and have a ton of shit on me my plate! Since nobody wants to work now days I'm doing everything! When it rains this place blows up with every kind of call imaginable! I talk to about 30 people a day with the same problem needing the same thing. You would have not had anything done this weekend with any company you called! Maybe if you gave me as much info as you left in your review I could have just given you an estimate as well. I'll be letting every gutter company in this state know what kind of person you are and what they will be dealing with." My reply: "I gave an honest account of what happened. I also put the info in my online request for what we needed done. If you are too busy for new clients you should not continue to make new appointments. That is not the customers failing, fault, or responsibility. I contacted your business first but already have had 3 other companies that made it out here without incident before you even ghosted the second time. You can tell whoever you want whatever you want, it only looks bad on you and will not affect our ability to hire contractors. All you've done with this message is hurt your business more since I will now copy and paste your text into my reviews. Naughty naughty." read more

Rory was awesome! Definitely went the extra mile beyond a basic cleaning and gave our gutters a much needed service. He also cleaned up some areas of our roof. He was really friendly and we felt he did a great job. read more

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a "contractor", and I've had some bad ones. The owner gets hostile and angry and acts like a child out of nowhere as soon as you say anything he doesn't like. I wouldn't use these guys again if the THEY paid ME. read more

Rory was great! Our gutters were pretty bad (embarrassingly it had been 4-5 years since they were professionally cleaned) and he took the time to thoroughly clean them, repair what needed repair, and cleanup after himself. I'm sure the job took him longer than he expected since they weren't in good shape (plus 95 degree weather) and he still did a great job. I highly recommend Rory! read more

We hired this company to solve the leaking problem of the gutters a few weeks ago, and paid them the same day they came to work. Wrong! It barely rained in those days and we were naive to trust them that the work was done. Everything seemed ok until two weeks after their work, we happened to find the rainwater slide from the out wall of the downspout and the gutter kept pouring water in rains. We contacted them, that's when the problem started. The boss Rory said they would come on Tuesday, NO SHOW! No notice, no contact. A week later, he emailed that they would come on Monday. NO SHOW! No notice, no contact. We called him again in the afternoon, finally got to talk to the boss, and he said he would come on Tuesday for sure. Now you know what's next. NO SHOW! No notice, no contact. Update:12/26/2020 Regarding the owner's reply 1. "keep in mind that we were hired to clean her rain gutters out which we did, and make sure the downspouts were flowing in which we did." We hired you because the gutters were leaking water. You said the problem would be solved by what you would do. But obviously the problem wasn't solved yet. 2. "I was being nice by even going back there to do anything because I am just a good person and like to help." Have you gone back to fix the problem? Never. Every time you promised to come to solve the problem, you got us stood up, which happened for 3 times. 3."I was trying to go help her out when I was in her area since she lives so far out of the way from anything I am working on. " It's you who contacted us from the beginning to get this job. We never knew you at all. If you're complaining that we live far from you, then you shouldn't have contacted us at all from the beginning, which would be lucky for us. 4. Regarding the email you attached "I just returned to Oregon Yesterday I will be at your house on Monday morning to fix your Issues". You saw what you wrote, and you knew you never showed up on Monday without any notice, right? 5. We're reasonable people and we didn't leave you bad reviews until we realized that you would never solve the problem. During the first week that you said you would come but got us stood up, I called your company 4 times and sent you 4 emails, but there's no reply at all. At that time we didn't leave you bad review . A week later you said you were just back, and you would come to solve the problem on Monday morning, which was also in the email you attached here. You didn't show up and I had to call you again in the late afternoon. You promised you would come on Tuesday morning. At that time we still didn't leave you bad review. However, again you didn't show up and there's no notice at all. 2 days after that, we left you bad reviews. Were you blaming us for that? read more

We had water coming in through our windows and had a total of 4 people come out to look. Rory from NorthFresh was the ONLY person to actually get out the ladder and look at the gutters before suggesting a solution and charged a very reasonable amount to fix the problem.
