She invited me to join her for the Sound Bath class. I had attended a sound bath for the first time last year, which I enjoyed very much. So without hesitation I said yes. I arrived a minute before class was to begin. Not cool Caroleann! I could see it was a packed class. Everyone was lined up against the wall and no one in the middle area. I planted myself next to my friend and as ready to meditate and relax! You had one instructor working with the bowls and other instruments and the other instructor giving breathing and pose instructions. Both were very good at what they did. The class was 75 min. This was different from my first sound bath experience, which was outdoors. Both were very good in their own ways. I would like to give it another try. If you come to this location and never been, parking can be a bit of a challenge, but other parking is available but not directly in front of the yoga studio.

This is NOT your run of the mill gym yoga studio, where you do 10-30 poses and stretches then leave, it's a place you can go to honor and treat yourself to some dedicated self care and also become part of a very authentic supportive community if you so desire. Not only is the studio perfectly put together with attention to detail in ambiance, but they also offer all of the props and tools you may need for class. It's been a place that I've been able to find sanctuary, peace and space to have time for myself to fortify, strengthen and love on myself -- A place I can fill my own cup so that I can go back and help others in my life too. The instructors are wonderful humans and this place is so so special. With regular yin, restorative and sound baths, this yoga studio (for me) continues to be a place of healing and growth and I often leave feeling like I'm walking on a cloud! I still remember my first class with Mahanraj Singh. He welcomed me in the studio with the warmest smile that made me feel welcomed. I knew right then that this was where I belonged. Fast forward to 2020 and I just completed their Guru is You 200 Hour Kundalini Teacher Training!! It was an experience of a lifetime! The training taught me more than I ever could have imagined; more than I could have asked for. I have ZERO physical yoga experience, and even as a remote learner, Tina makes learning the moves, breathing and the RELEASE so easy. The best part of this group, is no judgement.
