I'm also still waiting for a phone call back. Upon booking, I had great communication. I was obviously excited, considering all the great reviews. It was roughly 1.5 weeks out from our wedding. Crickets didn't hear anything form anyone. I had to reach aid touch base to talk to someone (who ended up being our DJ) Upon arrival to our reception our party bus driver was running 15 minutes late, in return really bothered the DJ and he made it well known. I had spent hours adding the music to the app that 27 entertainment sent me to download that we wanted played. Dinner music (half of which that was not even played) must play and do not plays. As the bride, I asked the DJ to play a song during the reception. In which he told me "I already played that." I heard less than half of the songs I was told to pick up and put on the app they use. I wouldn't have wasted hours of my time selecting and adding music if I would've known it wasn't going to be played. Not to mention, shortly after the reception started DJs back speaker blew and we had several guests walk up to us stating they couldn't hear anything at the back of our venue. I will say the uploading that was available was very nice. Finally, at the end of the night the DJ started playing what we asked for. We finally had guests out on the dance floor, so my husband offered to pay him cash for an extra hour considering leading up to this was not going well. I reached out to 27 entertainment a few weeks after my wedding just to let them know of what had happened. I was very clear. I did not want to refund or any money back. I just wanted to let somebody know of the issues. I was told on the phone " well, your event has obviously came and gone so we can't take it back. But I'll talk to the DJ and I'll get back to you never wants a sorry this is not our standard. Almost 3 years later. I'm waiting for a follow up from 27 entertainment. Looking back I wish I would have booked a different DJ. It was a $2800 letdown. However, decided to go with 27 entertainment due to all the positive reviews.

I scheduled a…read moreservice call last Tuesday and I was pleased and impressed with all aspects of this experience. Dean is an extremely friendly and knowledgeable electrician. He provided a very comprehensive and understanable explanation relating to the problem and process for repair. The estimate for the repair was reasonable and fair. Dean brought in another electrian to assist and to ensure that the repair was completed that day. In fact, they stayed until 8:30 p.m. I am sorry I do not remember the name of Dean's associate , but, he was equally professional and friendly. They ensured that the work areas were thoroughly cleaned up and did an outstanding job in every aspect!

We have had an unfortunate event with Paul; he took the deposit, has not finished our entry door,…read moreand it is impossible to get a hold of him. I will attach photos of the call logs, messages, and the contract. He was quick to sign the contract and take the $1,000 deposit. He was hired to replace the entry door, the storm glass door, and a window in the bathroom. He told my wife that he never sees his Facebook messages and he was sorry he had not been able to respond to her. I have reached out to him several times by his cell number, by text, and by email, but we have yet to hear back from Paul. The job was supposed to start on Monday, September 21, but he canceled because of rain. It was light rain until 10 a.m., then sunny the whole day. He showed up Wednesday, 9/23, to tear out the storm door and main door; he put up the main door, but there is no trim inside. Remindel younthe whole job of window and door were supposed to he taken care all in the same day from the conversation we had when signing the contract. He was supposed to install the storm door and return Friday, 9/25, but he texted the day of and canceled. It is now Monday, 9/28, and after several attempts to confirm when he would come, I still have not heard from him to finish the job, there has been no response, no callback, and nothing. In one of the screenshots, you will see he was supposed to come and finish the job on 09/28 or 09/29. We haven't heard from him since Friday, 09/25. My wife even told him not to bother with the bathroom window, just to commit and finish the door. It is now September 30 and multiple calls and messages were made and still Paul has made no contact or come back to complete the job. I cannot even leave him a voicemail because his mailbox is full. He was referred by multiple people on Facebook, so since we saw his name and company come up multiple times, we decided to reach out to Paul. I feel like we got taken advantage of and scammed. We are out of money now and will possibly have to look for a new contractor. I understand he is a small business, but communication goes a long way. To take money and text the day of that he was not going to show up is a huge inconvenience. We are taking time off work and adjusting our schedules for Paul, and he does not show up. We lost money, and he cost us money, time, and frustration.
