The technician came to the door and unlocked. I had a lash lift and tint. During the process the technician left to go do other things because I could hear working. I came in, and the woman who started working on me confirmed who I was but did not ask for clarification. I assumed they knew what my desires were and I honestly didn't want to make the woman feel bad because English was not her first language and I didn't think we could have a clear conversation easily. Unfortunately, my lashes do NOT look natural. I very clearly look like I have fake extensions on. Another woman working there came out after she heard that I had exclaimed, oh my these are much longer than I expected. She spoke English as her first language and communicated to me that I had requested "sexy" and I told her I requested no such thing. She told me next time I should ask for cute and some other adjective that I'm not sure of. And she also said I should not go "longer than 11". I think she tried to make things better but I was disappointed with the situation. I just wanted natural looking lashes.

Was my first time in this office I usually go to the saddle brook office. I don't even know where…read moreto start, the 40 minute wait, even though I was 10 minutes early* made my child sit in a corner by herself for this entire time... which I understand covid issues how ever the rooms are SO small( which isn't a deal breaker other office is like that too) I didn't understand why the dr needs TWO assistants. Regardless of all that, after waiting in a clean room for 30 minutes they actually moved me to a FILTHY room. I am talking filthy like someone just had to have a procedure done, mess all over the floor, a blue fluids pad still on the seat, they didn't even change it! They made me stand there while they replaced the paper. I was REPULSED. No Lysol no sanitation what so ever!!!!! If covid is such a concern thAt my well behaved and fully masked daughter had to sit in a corner alone in tears, yet you put your patients in filthy non disinfected rooms? ASIDE from that, yes it gets worse.. after then waiting in this dirty room another 10 mins... the dr finally comes in, with two assistants. I have a bunch of questions I needed answers to. I have purchased all of his over priced products that were PUSHED on me for about 2 years now and started noticing some issues, to all of my questions the " assistants " would cut him off and not let him explain/respond to me. Very annoying and at my 3rd question they then handed me a piece of paper and told me to refer to that, completely disregarding my questions!! Issues i am having with YOUR products. Why can't the dr speak for himself ? I couldn't believe that I couldn't even get a response from the doctor it's like he was there for show. And if you don't purchase his products they look at you like you are dumb. Meanwhile I'm having issues with my skin turning colors because of these products and his response was " wear a hat " .. like what? Not only is this office worse than the saddle brook office I figured being in ridgewood this would be a nicer office, boy was I WRONG. Never again will I go to this facility. There are offices with people that work at them that are actually nice to their patients, and clean rooms!! Steer clear from here!!!!!

I would give Dr. Kassir and his staff a billion stars if i could. Let's go one by one:…read more Dr. Kassir- the level of professionalism, bedside manner, care, expertise, love and patience you are getting with him is beyond what i have experienced with any of my previous plastic surgeons (4 others). I can genuinely say from the moment my mother and i booked with him we felt we were in good hands but when we met him we knew. All worries and concerns went away because he really listens and wants you to be happy with your results. I was disheartened to read the other reviews because he is far from a doctor that only cares about your money. Yes, he is pricey but that is directly correlated to the results I received and the level of care and importance he has placed on my desires in reference to my appearance and results. He has continually seen me to check my results, as he did with my mom and hers. For myself it has been a year and i have had 10-15 different appointments from checking up on results to little changes i wanted to try with injections and lasers or fixing scars from previous doctors. He even fixed mistakes from previous doctors without hesitation and without charging me a ridiculous amount or nothing at all because he is that caring. For my mom it's been 3 years and she has been there and done the same. Never once have they denied our requests or been dishonest about predicted results or costs. We always get honest care and instructions on their policies when booking. He is a wonderful family man that makes his patients feel like his extended family. You never leave them without him catching up with you and asking about your lovely family and life. You never feel rushed out. Lastly, a lot of times we think this is an all solving solution to your aesthetic needs and forget that he places instructions on lifestyle and after care to reach optimal result. He has miracle hands that work miracles but we also have to be consistent with the after care and be responsible with his schedule and be respectful to all helping us. I still see him for all my aesthetic needs today. The doctor and his team are still extremely accommodating, understanding, kind and professional. My mother, daughter and i feel like family as soon as we walk into the ridgewood or park offices. Kivork: What can i say about Kivork? Wow, just the best injector i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I'm not exaggerating when i say i have tried many injectors in my life and he is by far the most knowledgeable of the dozen or so i have met in my 10 years of owning a medi spa in the tri state area. He is not only talented but welcoming and friendly. He will have you smiling with his positive attitude and compliments. He truly feels like an old friend you catch up with every time you sit in his chair. The amount of compliments i get on how "youthful" and "taut" my skin looks are innumerable. I can't thank him enough for helping me get my glow and confidence back. Instead of a paintbrush and art, he carries a needle and an arsenal of beauty tools equipped with unarguably the best knowledge about facial symmetry, skin care, lasers, facial balancing, procedures, scarring and more - at his fingertips. Kivork is without question - the Picasso of aesthetics and injectables. Fernando: The voice you hear when you have the pleasure of calling their Ridgewood office. Fernando is that kind of person that goes above and beyond for a job they love. He makes the office become home as soon as he greets you. His level of care and attention is an amazing example of the service you will receive in their care. I can't tell you how many times i have called and he has taken his time to make sure all my appointments are perfect so I'm in no discomfort or just because my travel time is quite long that day. He makes sure that i am going to the right office because of the one time i went to the wrong one haha. So much so that i can confidently say i can call in with any scheduling or aesthetic question and he will get me the answer or communicate my needs to the team to make sure I'm taken care of. Just wanted to say thank you to the whole Kassir Plastic Surgery Team Going on year 3 that the Bier family is a part of the patient list and we wouldn't change you guys for any other team! I wish I had read these reviews before booking my consultation. I booked a $1,000 consultation and…read moredid not see that it was non-refundable. When I asked to cancel the consultation and get a refund a few hours later, they refused. That's so unprofessional and a major red flag for a plastic surgery office. For comparison, I had a consultation for a different procedure with a top plastic surgeon, who refunded my consultation fee after telling me I wasn't a candidate. He still gave me his precious time to tell me what he thought I should do instead and gave back the money. It's obvious that this office is on the opposite side of the spectrum--desperate and so money-hungry that they'll refuse refunds for consultations that never even happened. I'm now in the middle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
