Dr. Reinkraut is knowledgeable, highly professional and caring. He listens to your concerns and patiently addresses all of you questions and issues. I had injured my ankle and surgery was needed but not an option at the time. He fitted me with a DEFENDER boot. The boot stabilized my ankle, brought down the swelling and allowed me to get around relatively pain free. I am thankful that Dr. Reinkraut took the time to listen. read more

Avoid this place and Dr. Basra if you can. I wish yelp had a minus category because this place deserves nothing better. I went with my daughter who was suffering from very painful shin splints. Her feet were imprinted for orthotics. I called them after a month had passed without hearing from them and was told they'd get back to me once our insurance told them what they'd contribute. 4 weeks later, TWO MONTHS AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT, I was the one calling them again since had not heard from them. They gave me the same spiel. This time we called our insurance. They had no documentation on a claim and said they would have denied orthotics right away. I called them and got the worst attitude from them, no apology, just a lot of casting blame away from them. They have the audacity to send me a bill for the appointment. Shameful! I went back to our wonderful podiatrist Dr. Braver in Fair Lawn who issued temporary orthotics and helped my daughter be pain free right then and there. read more

Dr. Basra is a rare find in today world of medicine. he has been treating my family for the past 5 years. I don't feel rushed during my appointment, he is also extremely thorough. He always has a great demeanor, friendly and outgoing. He has performed surgery on my Aunt which was extremely successful. During my Aunt's experience he was very attentive, he addressed all her questions and concerns. She was extremely pleased with his post operative care because he always took his time. Unfortunately in this day and age, doctors are more concerned with the quantity of patients versus the quality of care. Dr. Basra is a breathe of fresh air! The wait time varies, I would say about 20 minutes on average, which is not ridiculous at all! His staff is very thorough and friendly. The decor is modern, and the office is well kept and very clean. The office also has a Spa for pedicures! The atmosphere is welcoming because of the staff's demeanor. A very pleasant staff, which is a novelty. Overall a great practice!! read more

It was 1:00pm the Saturday before Christmas. My daughter had a nasty, infected, ingrown toe nail that was throbbing, and definitely not getting any better on its own. The pain was so severe that it woke her from a sound sleep. Dr. Zieger of the Dr.'s Office Urgent Care of Paramus contacted Dr. Reinkraut. Despite the office being closed, Dr. Reinkraut dropped what he was doing and came down to his office. When I arrived he was there waiting for us. He examined and treated my daughter with a smile. I can't thank him enough for his compassion and professionalism. Dr. Reinkraut has just earned four new life long patients. Thank you both Dr. Zieger and Reinkraut. I had a great experience with Dr. Reinkraut. I was referred to him by Dr. Alicakos for a lapidus bunionectomy that was performed on January 13, 2012. The surgery was pretty extensive and I had to have two pins put in, but it all went smoothly. I had very little pain after the surgery and I was off of the pain medication three days post-op. Because of the severity of the reconstruction Dr. Reinkraut had to perform on my foot, I was on crutches for seven weeks and then in a walking boot for another three. I went to my last post-op appointment on Friday and was cleared to get back into a sneaker. My foot has healed beautifully; everything is lined up the way it should be and my scars are already fading. Dr. Reinkraut answered all of my questions both pre and post surgery and always made me feel extremely confident and comfortable in his care. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable podiatrist as well as a great surgeon. read more

My daughter rolled her ankle coming down the stairs late on a Friday night. We couldn't find an orthopedist or podiatrist opened to see her on a Saturday. But I knew that the ER and Urgent Care centers wouldn't put a cast on if she needed it, so I wanted to avoid 2 doctor visits. I left a message on Complete Foot and Ankle's website, and on their phone, and Dr. Reinkraut called back within 15 minutes. He opened up the office that afternoon just to see my daughter, who he did diagnose with a fracture after x-raying her. He was fantastic! He didn't rush us a bit, and showed us the fracture on the x-rays, and on a model of the foot, so that we understood exactly what had happened and what . He was so kind and gentle with her, you'd have never known that we'd just made him come in on his day off, ruining his Saturday! I recently went to Dr. Reinkraut and Dr. Basra for evaluation on both of my feet. I've had bunions my whole life and recently have been in a lot more pain. I had been to a few podiatrists over the years but was never comfortable moving forward with surgery. After X-rays the docs sat with me and discussed my options and ultimately recommended that I have surgery. They were both very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process and what to expect with surgery and recovery time. They advised against doing both feet at the same time so I had my left done on 12/17 which was a complete reconstruction and then did the right foot 3 weeks later, also basically a complete reconstruction. I had the surgeries done at Hackensack surgical center which I thought was also top notch. Both doctors were very attentive before and after the surgery making sure I was doing ok and was comfortable. I'm still in the recovery stage but so far am extremely happy with the way my feet look. The scarring is already fading and pain is minimal. I would highly recommend dr Basra and Dr. Reinkraut to anyone who needs a podiatrist/foot surgeon. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move forward with the surgeries with them. I also have to mention Maria who is the office manager-she was wonderful to work with. Any questions I had were immediately answered (even at 1am) and she was extremely prompt at getting information to my insurance company. The rest of the office staff is very friendly. The office has X-ray machine on site which is convenient and also pedicure stations to get your feet looking great before you leave. Overall great experience! read more
