They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs). Estimates are done via computer software, so you can expect consistency in pricing - they're not just making up numbers as they go along. We needed to order additional extension rod, however everything else needed for installation would be included. Of course, this was also bad information. Additional canopy covers needed to be ordered to compensate for the slope (They were not included). I could buy a similar fixture from home depot without all the aggravation. I asked a few questions, everything was straight forward and easy to understand. On the day of the project, we talked over in detail my options for a fireplace outlet. Without a doubt I had full confidence that they would be able to finish the project, not only successfully, but presentable and neatly. A few approvals and the project began. Juan and Tony treated my home as their own. They put drop clothes and plastic sheeting over everything to protect furniture, floor, etc. Used a vac and everything to keep a clean working area. They came by, inspected the existing installation, then gave me a quote to replace the lighting. The quote was very fair, and so I gave them the ok to proceed. During the replacement, they showed me parts of the existing wiring, that was not done properly for an outdoor installation. However, they replaced the improper wiring connections at no extra charge.
