Fast places make me nervous after another shop on Eldorado costed me $220 from repeatedly pulling off the hose/boot from filter instead of undoing the metal ring properly. Huge hole in one of the folds. Left yesterday & nearly died when I seen a small oil leak. Returned & they cleaned up the little overspill. Good to go. This morning- another leak on the way to practice & another leaving practice. Freaked out. Called back. Thankfully made it back to before closing today. It was one tiny washer ring thing that just needed to be put back on flush. Super thankful they're open extended hours. Super thankful they didn't give every excuse to blow me off & make it my own fault. Super thankful they were friendly each time & didn't complain or have a crappy attitude. It's kinda sad when that's now the norm that customers expect huh? The other woman I spoke to in the waiting area yesterday had nothing but great things to say as well. Great hours & great attitude. Willing to be open to making whatever right when it's needed. Very happy with them.

Months of investigating why our wipers would randomly turn on, why all of the sensors would flash on and off, why the engine would sporadically turn off, and why our van acted as if it were haunted. We had multiple parts of the van updated and still it would randomly freak out. Last week we had a nail in our tire and took it to Paul at meineke off Eldorado to swap our broken tire for one we had in storage, and I ended up explaining the wild things happening and he asked to keep the vehicle for a couple days which we were more than okay with. The shop is busy, so we recognize we needed to have patience. In ONE visit, Paul and his team sorted out there was a broken wire and faulty piece in the driver door that was triggering things. Todd answered and said, "Bring it in." I asked, "Do I need and appointment?" He said, "No, bring it in." Well now the radio doesn't work at all, the power turns on but nothing comes out of the speakers. I checked the electrical work on the radio and a lot of the radio wires that were crimped to the jeep connections were just completely unconnected now. I understand that they did an electrical diagnostic but I thought anything they touch or broke they would make sure it stayed the way it came in.

Sure, still charged me $185 for diagnosis. Thought I was getting taken for a ride by my Carmax warranty because they were only willing to pay $66 towards the $160 charge for the part. Turns out that is exactly what the part retails for, checked AutoZone and genuine Chevy parts online. This place doubled down, they reserve the right to mark up the parts as they choose on some margin they weren't able to disclose to me, wouldn't tell me how much they paid for my part, just that they weren't gonna budge on what they charged me. Ladies, make sure you ask ALL the questions, don't let anyone think you don't know what you're talking about before you leave your car with a mechanic shop like this one.
