It was also centrally located in the middle of many Austin downtown hotels. We stayed at the Fairmont, so there was a walkway connecting us to the convention center. Very convenient with the stroller on a chilly fall day. I think other hotels, such as the Hilton, might have similar connection between hotel and convention center. Plenty of escalators and elevators, we had no problem finding the correct room. There are also various gift shops and cafes scattered around the center. Overall a good venue for a conference.

Would suggest putting on comfortable shoes at the Austin Convention Center, as it has two wings and three floors. According to Tina, one of the cultural center staff members, you can tell the new part as its constructed of brick, whereas the older part has a shell exterior. In addition, a mosaic snake runs the length of the external portion of the cultural center. UPDATE: We just read Christina's review. Yikes. Didn't know one couldn't research vendors, that a…read morepotential host had to use one only allowed by Moya the owner. Not good. Christina also confirmed this in her review, you HAVE to use one of MOYA's vendors. So sorry, Christina, for your horrible experience at Springdale Station, and for getting ripped off. We ALSO definitely do NOT recommend Springdale Station! Honest review for those considering this as a venue: The indoor space is very SMALL. It is not a good location for a large amount of guests. You will find three rooms inside (one with some stairs that are required to access it). The foyer serves as one of these rooms, so once you make it through the line to get inside, you are inside one of the three small rooms! The event we attended was very crowded and everyone was bumping into each other. Again, in OUR experience, this is NOT a good venue for a large group of people. The outside has a very small patio, with a LARGE amount of dirt. Definitely not a good location for anything even slightly dressy. Something casual, cowboy-like, perhaps a kids' casual party...those might work. The dirt area is large. (And VERY dirty!) We came home with dirt up to our calves. Gross! Keep this in mind, and check this out thoroughly before signing any contract with Moya. Buyer beware!!! Outside seating on the small patio was extremely limited. Literally only ONE sofa. Moya needs to addressed this. Would be nice if guests could actually sit down. Ridiculously inhospitable! We have attended several events in Austin, this one is only suitable for a super casual OUTDOOR event. (And hopefully it is priced accordingly...). Again, please prepare to get dirty if the weather is dry, and if it rains you will have muddy shoes. If you wear any type of heel, you will sink into their wet mud. Again, this is another item that Moya still needs to address. (Hello? GREATLY enlarge that tiny patio!). Good grief. Last issue - parking. Many other reviewers have also mentioned this. The parking lot was large, but it was (is) shared by other businesses so finding an actual parking spot was very difficult. Highly recommend if you have to go to Springdale Station that you use a taxi, (etc.) to get there and back. Again, research thoroughly before committing. There are so many other decent venues in Austin, we don't know why anyone would pick this one!

The performances captured the vulnerability and loneliness at the heart of the show. The themes of connection, mental health, and the need to be seen feel incredibly relevant. It's not always an easy watch, but it's meaningful and worth it. I felt every character and it truly had me breaking into tears. Getting tickets at "will call" was easy. The Libby had lots of seating. Tables and chairs, and small lounge couches. There was a young women singing on a small stage with a guitar. Played a few songs that we all knew. And charmed us with her own original song. Beautiful voice. There is a small bar in the back. I did get a small cocktail and a box of popcorn. The auditorium room had wonderful seats. It looks like row K is the best seat because they have like a small bar like table in front of you. The chairs don't have cupholders. So you end up having to hold everything or place on the floor. No one obstruct your view from the stage. Every seat is a good seat. Parking is easy. I paid $15.00 and found parking easily. I was also a little early for the show. I just started following ZACH on IG to see up coming shows. If you want to see this show, they did say they are extending to May. I hope you come see the show and support the local theater.

I went in, knowing nothing about the production and gained lots of knowledge as to the events behind it. I highly recommend it. Running through September 27th. 1 hour 40 minute production, no intermission.

Unfortunately, the management and operations make the experience frustrating. Communication is excellent before booking, but after payment, the tone shifts to constant nickel-and-diming. A $500/$600 per hour (if rented hourly) is charged even when only one staff member is on-site, doing little more than being present. The drinks package, presented as mandatory, offered low-quality options by default, and getting better selections approved became unnecessarily difficult. Requests for bar supply details were met with incomplete information and a dismissive attitude. The event director is essentially unreachable, despite having a listed phone number. On one occasion, after staff connected me to her, I overheard saying she didn't want to speak with me since she did not know she was on speaker phone. This after I had spent $7,000 on the venue. Staff have openly said that management prioritizes revenue over guest experience due to financial struggles and potential closure. The space itself was not properly cleaned before my event. Plants were dying, trash was outside (which I had to pick up myself), and overall upkeep felt neglected. The initial walk-through was warm and welcoming, but that hospitality disappeared once the contract was signed. In short: beautiful venue, poor management practices, rude and disrespectful management. I'd consider recommending or returning ONLY if there were a change in leadership and a genuine focus on customer experience and overall upkeep.
