Very disappointed with services here. I got in car accident 7/3/2025 and took it to Norms Auto Collision for repairs. They took longer than they quoted me for repairs. When I picked up in July 2025, they told me a part was back ordered, which they added in total for repairs. I have called them twice since then and they keep telling me it is back ordered. It is now 4/2/2026 and no word from them about this part. In addition when i picked up my car, the inside of my car with sports/leather interior was completely dirty. So they worked on outside damage but then damaged the inside of my car. Horrible service. I would highly NOT recommend this auto body shop. read more

My car was hit in the rear driver side and was serviced here. My car got outlook brand new. That's because they detail your car before they return it to you. I also want to add that they want the ExtraMile to make sure I got Kia parts. That is very crucial for warranty purposes. I specified certain things I wanted to get done to my front bumper. After talking to a friend, I took my 2017 Tahoe to Norms after it got side swiped in a parking. I spoke to John at Norms who was very knowledgeable and thorough with explaining the whole process and what they plan on doing. Long story short, my 2017 Tahoe was finished on time and when I went to pick it up, I couldn't believe how perfect their work was. I am hyper OCD so when I couldn't find any flaws with their work, I was very pleased. Infact John went above and beyond and did a lot more work to make sure my SUV would be exactly how he said it would be: in perfect condition. Randomly ended up doing business here. I took my car in to the mechanic shop next door but it turned to be more of a collision issue that John next door could actually fix. He gave me the rundown play by play as to what I needed to do, and it happened just like that to get it taken care of though my insurance. They were able to fix the sensor and bumper on my Honda Accord, mind you all the dashboard lights also came off. I am beyond satisfied with the service and the work. I didn't have a good experience with this business. I called on a Friday, and talked about getting some minor bumper damage repaired. The person on the phone told me to bring the car in first thing Monday morning, which I did. When I arrived, the person at the front desk (same person who I spoke to on the phone) seemed to have no knowledge of my appointment. Also, I was told that they couldn't take my car because their mechanics had called in sick. I woke up extra early and drove in the rain, only to be told to come back next week. If they had no mechanics, I think a phone call to reschedule the appointment would have been the most professional and considerate thing to do. I just wasted my time and gas to come here. I even made a reservation with Enterprise that I now have to cancel. Overall, I wasn't treated well at this establishment. Would definitely NOT recommend! read more

I've gone to Norm's Automotive for years, but forgot they had a collision center. When the Uber driver rear ended me I asked around and no one had anyone decent to recommend. I was worried weather I could find someone to repair it and if Ubers coverage would be enough... well, once I remembered Norm's had a collision center it was stress free and easy. Located just across from Cypress Costco they are convenient and their service was amazing! John and Sy were so helpful. The people here at Norm's are top notch and honest as can be. I took my Ford Ranger here in December after rear ending another truck on the freeway and they were able to repair it as if nothing had ever happened on it. John was incredibly friendly and was able to meet my overly critical standards without a problem!
