He used a pole pruner for a lot of the work and then used a bucket truck to prune near the top of the tree. He took his time and the tree looks really beautiful. Being a Certified Arborist which is very important, he put my mind at ease that the job would be done professionally. I reached out and was told he would fix it and he was not willing to pay $250 to have a professional fence company repair it! After paying over $5,000 to have my fence installed by a professional licensed fence company, why would I have a tree company repair it! Anything could happen in the future and I would be liable! He's been reported to the township, contacted the county clerks office and will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office.
