Oh, and did I mention they already have my $50.00 deposit!. Horrible customer service. **UPDATE** Just received a call from Aiyanna regarding missed appointment..She was very apologetic and offered to come in on her day off, tomorrow, to perform my service. It was one of the most uncomfortable IV insertions I've ever had and the aftermath left me concerned with how it was administered. I definitely wouldn't come here again and I got some really weird vibes from doing infusions here I took my business elsewhere and I wouldn't recommend anybody use Amanda's clinic EDIT: Amanda's response felt manipulative and dismissive. That is the exact IV insertion site on my left wrist. She first tried to insert it at my inner elbow, missed, and had to remove it. Then she told me she was "activating my fight or flight." I felt completely cornered by that kind of language. It really came across like she was trying to play mind games. I disagree with her response -- it was inaccurate and doesn't reflect what actually happened. I never received a phone call where I used foul language, and I won't accept being portrayed like that. If you want to tell the police, go ahead. I'm filing my own report too, because the way this was handled deserves documentation. This whole thing feels like a form of intimidation -- and it's honestly disturbing. Her public response stated the IV site wasn't consistent with the infusion. That's the exact site she used. It's frustrating and strange to see a professional misrepresent something so basic. After this experience and reading her public reply -- I can say with confidence something about this clinic feels off. The way the situation was flipped made me question how many others have gone through something similar but stayed quiet.

After moving to the Sacramento area, I needed to find a new clinic and came across Organic Skin Studio through Yelp. The clinic is a bit hidden in the plaza, but if you go toward Temple Coffee, it's right around the corner. Once inside, the space felt immediately calming and welcoming, with a cozy lobby that I found very relaxing like a spa. I met with Vann, who listened carefully to my concerns and walked me through a thoughtful treatment plan. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire consultation. We initially discussed treating both my frown lines as well as my masseters (for TMJ), but when the total cost was more than my budget, Vann was incredibly reassuring and helped adjust the plan. We decided to move forward with my frown lines for this visit, and I never felt pressured. Overall, the experience felt thoughtful, professional, and personalized. I'm excited to return for more treatments!

The vibe is warm, welcoming, and just effortlessly comfortable. I'm so happy I found Anna for my lip filler and Botox. My previous injector, who is no longer at Rella, left me bruised for two weeks, which definitely made me a little nervous going into my next appointment. With Anna, though, I had zero bruising. She's incredibly gentle, precise, and truly knows what she's doing. My results look beautiful and natural, and they even seem to last longer, which is such a win. I always leave feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for. Rella is just that place.

She said I needed 4 more syringes!!!!!!!!! WHAT! I really wanted this to be my place so I don't have to drive to the Bay Area for treatment but the hard sales really turned me off. I left with a membership, ugh, brochures, other suggested treatments and I'm pretty sure I almost bought a brand new pre-owned Miata! I suspect commissions are involved. I went back and said I really want what I came in for and she indirectly said I'll need more in OTHER areas for it to address my insecurity. Now I have a membership I can't cancel and no desire to return. I do not like high pressure sales. Disappointed. But she's talented.

Dr Wu is the best Orthodontist here in Elk Grove…read more I have had 3 kids get braces here. And they do not dread going there. As an adult Dr Wu has helped me as well. Coordinating with my oral surgeon and helping me with a favorable outcome.

I was referred to Dr. Wu by my son's pediatric dentist. After reading all the positive reviews, I…read moredecided to bring my son here. We've been patients for a little over a year now, and unfortunately we've had to come in multiple times for "emergency" visits because bracket fell off, wires came loose, or wires were poking my son. Most recently, my son's wire came off on a Friday night. Since we already had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, I just had him use wax until then. At that Tuesday appointment, the dental assistance informed us that the wires were cut too short, which is why the wire came off the bracket. However, later that SAME day, my son told me the wire came off again. I called the next morning and thankfully they were able to get us in right away. As the assistant explained the situation to Dr. Wu, his immediate reaction was to blame my 9-year-old. He asked if my son had been pulling on the wire or ate something hard because, according to him, "there's no way" the wire would come off on its own without excessive force. I was honestly shocked and upset that his first instinct was to blame a child instead of considering that maybe the work done the day before was not done properly. Not to mention the day before his dental assistant said that the wire came out due to it being cut too short. So which is it?? The wire can come off when it's cut too short or it requires excessive force for the wire to come off?? I reminded Dr. Wu that we had just been there the day before for the exact same issue. I asked why his first reaction was to blame my son instead of questioning whether his staff may have made a mistake. He immediately became defensive and said his office sees "many, many patients" and they never have issues. I explained that this was not the first time we've had problems with my son's braces and that we've already had to come back several times due to brackets or wires coming loose. What bothered me most was that even after I questioned him, he still blamed my son again and confidently said yes when I asked, "So you're blaming my son for this?" It wasn't until I continued questioning him and pointing out the repeated issues that he gave what felt like a very half-hearted apology. He said he would "look into his protocols" and that he's not "above admitting" when his staff makes mistakes. Dr. Wu ended up fixing my son's braces himself that day, and I immediately noticed he spent much more time and care working on them than the assistant did the previous day. At the end of the visit, I asked if moving forward Dr. Wu could personally work on my son instead of the assistants. His response was simply, "It doesn't work that way." No explanation, no reassurance, nothing. Overall, I found Dr. Wu to be rude, dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional in the way he handled this situation. As a parent, it was upsetting to see a grown professional immediately blame a child instead of taking accountability or at least approaching the situation with more care and professionalism. My son may need braces again in high school once all his adult teeth come in, but we will not be returning here.
