Have been on two calls, both over 15 minutes, and no appts to show for it. One appt I had for one kid, they inadvertently cancelled while I was on the phone with them and it was subsequently lost to someone else in the split second. Just so frustrating. We'll try somewhere else instead.

The family friendly and welcoming environment that the ladies at Dr. Nikki's have developed is top notch. From the updated magazines in the kid friendly waiting area, to the cutting edge technology they use to keep track of patient records and X-rays, it's about as pleasant of an experience as you could ever hope for at the dentist. I spent 30 years of my life neglecting my dental health due to nightmares stemming back from my youth, but since I've started going here, those nightmares are a thing of the past, and I look forward to that 6 month post card showing up in my mailbox. My Mother in law would have to drag me in for even a cleaning. However after having a good amount of pain recently I had no choice and after reading some reviews I decided to try Dr Julie Glud. With My son accompanying me to make sure I didn't run out, I went and found she and her whole staff were patient, understanding and made sure to do their best to make me feel comfortable. Today I went in for my first root canal WITHOUT being knocked out completely due to my fear and the whole time I was there I felt no pain, felt at ease and in fact relaxed.
