My most recent visits were due to injuring my left knee, cause unknown. This injury concerned me as I woke in the middle of the night with excruciating pain in left knee finding it difficult to walk, lift my leg and climb stairs. This was really bad. So the following day, stayed off feet and iced knee. I took this day to decide if I should visit Dr. Press or an Orthopedic. Needless to say, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Press. Met with Dr. Press two days later and explained issue. Dr. Press provided me with x-rays to make sure there was nothing horribly wrong and thank goodness, there was not. I was treated with ultrasound and tens machine. Dr. Press then adjusted my leg and knee. We repeated this treatment over the following week, and am pleased to say I was healing with each day. Today, I am pain free. I can completely straighten my leg and have no residual issues. When I feel it necessary, I do go back for an adjustment. My concern is the financial responsibility of the business and the ignored requests to be reimbursed for sessions that were paid for in advance. since they have closed the doors, i have not been able to reach anyone regarding reimbursement.
