The customer is not made aware that this truly is a NOT body circumference of 360 degrees because mostly it requires full anesthesia to reach actually and safely reach those depths within the tissue around your abdomen but customers are deceived into thinking that this will be achieved they will literally see results "all around" the full abdomen area we paid for. Please present this to necessary parties at the local office in Norfolk VA and see if again I can just get what was quoted in my package as "waist area" but yet I have extra skin lapsing in the sides of abdominal area, creating an undesired non-aesthetic appearance, and of course causing me as a consumer to ultimately spend thousands more for a repair the company is not willing to negotiate at a reasonable rate and not even consider it a revision but an additional surgery.  We as healthcare consumers are entitled to the same rights as any other type consumer that ensures proper regulation and practices and we also have medical protections within our state surgical and plastic surgical licensing entities and board certification agencies. My doctor Molly Smith is also. About a month ago I had a spot on my nose that I thought was a scab from a scratch. It didn't go away. Feeling it a few weeks later it felt like a bump and seemed to get bigger. I sent a picture to Dr Molly on their portal. The response was a call from her assistant for a spot check appointment. Day before yesterday I felt a large bump on the top of my head. After I sent the picture my visit was changed to I a full appointment. It was such an excellent response! This morning the doctor took the bump on my nose off for biopsy. She also burned a number of places on my scalp. Addressing other issues she gave me samples of a medication that insurance didn't cover. Her Assistant brought me samples of the night cream the doctor recommended and let me know the doctor preferred the same brands' sunscreen. All my questions and issues were addressed in the appointment they scheduled shortly after receiving my portal message. It's crazy that I would be the one of my siblings to have the skin cancer problem. I've avoided the sun for decades while they are in the sun all the time. The answer from the doctor was that I have fair skin. I'm so grateful to have Dr. Molly and Pariser Dermatology.

Nonetheless, I decided to check inside and since it said suite 200, I assumed it was in the second floor. I took the stairs to the second floor and thankfully saw the entrance to the office. Again not well marked until you're actually inside the office. I checked in for my appointment and only waited for a few mins before being called back. Kyla introduced herself as my aesthetician! She was so warm, kind, & gentle spoken. She did a phenomenal job & let me know what I had to look forward to with the facial and as she was starting each step. She also took great care to ensure I was comfortable & that the settings weren't too strong or uncomfortable. The room played soft ambiance music. Kyla also walked me through what the next few days look like for my face & how to best protect it. Overall, I think Kyla made this a wonderful first time hydra-facial. She's so talented & friendly. Who knew a Dr (PA actually) won't answer questions unless you schedule an appointment for consult?? I get that some patients could take advantage and ask all sorts of medical questions that are unrelated but maybe you use your judgement and bill accordingly?!?!! Ok-so $100 later (and VERY few minutes!!) , I get a call from the compound pharmacy requesting a fee ($65) to make the numbing cream but a trip SEVERAL hours later to CVS where they DONT have my prescription-I had to place a call to the office to find out why my scrip isn't there almost three hours later. I'm told by this office they are still seeing patients and I need to potentially wait 24 hours or more to get my medically necessary prescription?!?!!! WHAT?? So a compound/custom pharmacy gets the scrip for an elected procedure within minutes but the medically necessary scrip ....i need to wait until they've had time?? Everything about this appointment was just bad policy. Except the medically necessary appointment and scrip needs-I did get seen for that. Hopefully in the next few days I can actually pick up my scrip!! Looking for a dermatologist-anyone have a good one??

I am so glad I found a Dr that I trust with my face. My first appointment was last month, check in was a breeze, staff is friendly and they have Covid procedures in place. I had another follow up appointment today, Dr Mc Daniel and Ashley were just as great!!! The entire office is exceptionally clean including the bathroom. I was placed in a large consultation/treatment room where there was a giant air purifier which was nice. Ashley was great, she was his assistant and was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I felt comfortable and confident in their care which is difficult to find around here in my experience. I have another appointment scheduled with them and will definitely recommend Dr McDaniel and his staff to anyone who needs any type of facial treatment.

I was in a lot of pain at the time and Dr. Snyder was able to see me within a couple hours of calling for an appointment. He had to scrape my cornea to clear the debris. It wasn't scary at all because he was totally cool and told me exactly what I could expect. He was really great at taking the time to explain how it would feel and what I could do to get through it. More than the eye poking, I was afraid of the bill because my health insurance doesn't cover any out of pocket medical costs. Dr. Snyder went with me to make sure I paid a reduced rate when I checked out at the front desk. My bill was only $80. What a relief! He also told me he normally would have people come back in for a recheck, but to avoid cost, I only had to return if I was having a problem. I'm not gonna lie, the short recovery time was painful. But I was better after a day and my eyes are happy and healthy again. Dr. Snyder was great. I would definitely go to him again if I have any eye problems.
