A first time visitor to Nordstrom Rack store. After slowly picking a couple of hundred dollars worth, including a really comfortable pair of shoes, I finally found myself standing in line for more than 15 minutes along with 20 or so people. We all were watching only two woman at the registers. One woman was working on something, possibly getting a credit application. The sales woman having trouble with the machinery and the second sales woman moving bags, not waiting on the 19 of us. One customer decided to leave the store, leaving their items hanging o the display. It was another 5 minute if the two employees still working with the costumer and her credit application, then the ringing of the telephone started. Then it turns out that the dark haired woman was a manager, telling what turned out to be her trainee to answer the phone after at least 10-12 rings. The trainee listened, but absolutely didn't know the answer from telephone customer, and looked over at her manager, but the manager didn't want to help the phone caller. She was still dealing with the credit application customer. The line now had new line waiters, 22 now in line. It was then I too decided to leave the store. I didn't hang my items on the display, but I did move forward through the line and placed all my items on the counter by the telephone as I still watched the trainee having problems answer the questions without the help from her manager, who was still with the original customer and her credit application difficulties. As I walked out, I decided never again will I waste my time at this store. The thing was, the store was not busy on this Sunday afternoon. The bottle neck was at the check line with four or five registers, and two people supposedly working two of them. This entire time, not one sale was rung up. On February 26, 2026 around 7:00 PM, my husband and I visited this location and had a very uncomfortable experience. From shortly after we entered the store, we were followed and closely watched by employees throughout multiple sections. At first, a male employee repeatedly monitored our movements as we shopped. When we moved to the handbag area, a female employee (approximately 5'7", brown hair, glasses) also began watching and following us in a very noticeable way. This continued during most of our visit. We were simply browsing and did nothing that would justify this level of attention. Being singled out and monitored like this made us feel targeted and racially profiled. It was embarrassing and created a hostile shopping environment. Customers should be able to shop without feeling suspected or judged. I hope management reviews store policies and provides additional training to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. read more

A small location with very limited selection, I like coming here once every few weeks to check out what they have. The place is usually very clean and everyone is friendly. I wish they would have more selections and options here compared to what I have seen in bigger cities. Some options they have are way too expensive for the quality but every now and then I find high quality clothing for a decent price . This is a good place for high quality selections but not many options. read more

I tried to return an item that was purchased from here. I was at 31 days and the cashier refused to return even for store credit, I didn't ask for original form of payment. The policy is for 30 days but it was right over a holiday. Before I could even ask for any assistance, she was so rude she spat out, "my manager will tell you the same." I hadn't even involved the manager. This is not a business I would care to continue to shop at given the level of poor customer service, nasty attitude from the employee, and complete disregard for courtesy. I used to enjoy shopping at the Rack here because they had a decent selection but it has changed drastically within the past year and it is bottom barrel pickings. Be careful if you buy anything from this store as odds are good for it to be damaged and you'll be stuck with it! read more

I stoped by to return some purchases I made online, due to the lack of good quality merchandise at this location -(I prefer to make the trip all the way to King of Prussia, instead of investing my time looking for items at this location)-. I decently made the "Return" line for 30 minutes, after I took the time first, making the regular line to pay a couple of last minute purchases. There was only one lady returning before me, but for some reason she was having some issues that took forever. So I asked the cashier to take care of my return while the lady could solve her problem, or to ask another cashier to take my return right after attending another customer, -(tired of waiting more than 30 minutes in line for a 2nd time!!!)- and, he refused saying that I was more than welcome to make the regular long line again. Then I explained the whole situation to another employee, she spoke with the cashier that first took care of my purchase and, she also refused to take me right away, asking me to also do the line all over again for the 3rd time on the same visit!!! I am writing this review while my partner is driving me to King of Prussia. Again, for so many reasons I better invest my valuable time and energy going there, instead of dealing with INCOMPETENCE and LACK OF QUALITY ;) read more

Overall it was a pleasant store to shop in. There are two things I would change. First, the main paths were open and two people could easily walk by each other. Yet once off those main paths it became very congested with racks. I had to walk sideways many times to squeeze through. Also, there were many mobile racks with caution signs on them that some associates were working on to pack into the existing permanent racks. Many of these Caution Racks were abandoned and were hazards because they moved and were bumped and knocked around. Finally, the prices were ok. I would not get too excited over them. Several years ago, while vacationing I went to a Nordstrom Rack & they were honestly selling last years fashions at a huge discount. This place did not have many areas of discount. It appears similar to a regular Nordstrom store. read more

Everything is overpriced. No offers of help, ever, when I've gone in. I was on the phone for literally 2 minutes while shopping and the manager came and hassled me to put the mask over my face. I get bombarded with ad e mails, never getting coupons. I'm done, Nordstrom Rack. read more

just now NEW While I like shopping here, their customer service has left a lot to be desired. I live 45 min away and visited during a 40% off sale. Left with some good deals & was pretty happy! However, I got home and was browsing their website sale, and noticed one of the items I purchased for full price was to be marked down as part of the 40% off. I called the main customer service line which was useless. They apparently only assist with orders place online. I was told to call the store I purchased from who told me I'd have to come back in for the refund to be issued. Not only that, but I'd have to make the trip back within the next DAY as it "had to be done while they're sale was still going on." I explained I didn't live nearby and that this posed an inconvenience. The associate speaking to the store manager relayed back to me "that's the only way for us to do an adjustment." (No apology for the fact it was THEIR store's error). I begrudgingly went back for my 30$ refund, where I had to wait another 20 min in line because they don't even have a separate returns area. Would suggest the company find better ways to handle these situations as it's extremely inconvenient and inefficient, especially to your non local customers. read more

This review is not only for this location but also for their customer service center..... Absolutely terrible! I ordered Gucci sunglasses online. The glasses came and they were fine except the case they sent was Burberry . I called this location and the girl I spoke with was so rude and snappy as if it was an inconvenience just answering the phone. She basically said there was nothing they could do I needed to call the customer service center. I called the center and they said sorry for the mix up but all they could do was accept my return and I can order again... WHAT!? I said it makes no sense all I need is to exchange the case and they said we can't do that. Might I add the rep that helped me was clearly working from home and when I say home I mean he was out and about doing everything BUT working! I will not be shopping here again. read more

Beware, Fruitville Pike location no longer understands return policies for Nordstrom.com orders. I stopped in to return a few items I purchased on Nordstrom.com. I am a big spender there and frequent this location frequently to buy and also return. My items were not returned because they were outside the 45 day window. I reminded her that Nordstrom has a no time limit policy, but she told me this changed. When I pressed what the policy was she could give me no details but said there could be some leeway depending on the product. (What??). She had no idea what she was talking about but did not back down. I pulled up Nordstrom's return policy where it clearly states 'there is no time limit for returns or exchanges'. She would not back down. Unfortunately there was no other manager present. When I asked this manager for her last name, she told me she was not able to tell me. This manager Sarah was incredibly rude. She was incredibly rude and did nothing to make the situation better verbally. She continued to lie and then get caught and be mixed up and when she realized she was wrong she double down. I would be embarrassed if I was the Rack that she is a manager. I understand staffing shortages, but she was incredibly unprofessional. I will follow up with another manager and also Nordstrom personally. I can work with anyone, but she had no idea how to interact with customers or how to handle disagreement or conflict. Incredibly disappointed. Not having my items returned is one issue but being treated the way Sarah treated me was completely unacceptable. read more

Absolutely not coming here again. I came to exchange clothes my mom had bought online and had shipped to me. When I first got to the counter, the associate couldn't log in because her pin wasn't working. Then a new associate took over and started scanning my things. Although she didn't ask, I specifically told her I wanted to exchange the new clothes was handing her for the clothes I had in my cart..NOT return. After she scanned the clothes I wanted to exchange she looked up and told me my return was done..I told her again I didn't want a return, just an exchange. She said it wasn't possible for her to go back and the computer hadn't given her the option to return it to a gift card (how they usually handle exchanges), so she had just clicked return and it would go back to my visa. Obviously, I did not want the money to return to my mother's card, hence EXCHANGE! I explained and asked her to call the manager, who didn't apologize, said he couldn't fix it, and told her to call someone. Whoever the associate called told her it wasn't possible to go back. I asked her why she had even clicked return (rather than call her manager) when she hadn't seen the usual option to give back to a gift card and she just gave me a blank stare..no apology. Overall, the experience was annoying, time consuming, and just reeked of serious lack of customer service..and I couldn't even get ONE apology. Avoid. read more

I recently stopped here to check it out. Like other Nordstrom Racks I have visited, it is the usual array of women's and men's clothing and shoes, with some accessories. I bought some cheap bedroom slippers and Frye socks. Not too shabby. I may stop by again another time when in the Lancaster area. read more

So disappointing. Very little of the high end labels one expects from a Nordstrom. Go to King of Prussia. This is a low end Rack.
