On February 26, 2026 around 7:00 PM, my husband and I visited this location and had a very…read moreuncomfortable experience. From shortly after we entered the store, we were followed and closely watched by employees throughout multiple sections. At first, a male employee repeatedly monitored our movements as we shopped. When we moved to the handbag area, a female employee (approximately 5'7", brown hair, glasses) also began watching and following us in a very noticeable way. This continued during most of our visit. We were simply browsing and did nothing that would justify this level of attention. Being singled out and monitored like this made us feel targeted and racially profiled. It was embarrassing and created a hostile shopping environment. Customers should be able to shop without feeling suspected or judged. I hope management reviews store policies and provides additional training to ensure all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

We all were watching only two woman at the registers. One woman was working on something, possibly getting a credit application. The sales woman having trouble with the machinery and the second sales woman moving bags, not waiting on the 19 of us. One customer decided to leave the store, leaving their items hanging o the display. It was another 5 minute if the two employees still working with the costumer and her credit application, then the ringing of the telephone started. Then it turns out that the dark haired woman was a manager, telling what turned out to be her trainee to answer the phone after at least 10-12 rings. The trainee listened, but absolutely didn't know the answer from telephone customer, and looked over at her manager, but the manager didn't want to help the phone caller. She was still dealing with the credit application customer. The line now had new line waiters, 22 now in line. It was then I too decided to leave the store. I didn't hang my items on the display, but I did move forward through the line and placed all my items on the counter by the telephone as I still watched the trainee having problems answer the questions without the help from her manager, who was still with the original customer and her credit application difficulties. As I walked out, I decided never again will I waste my time at this store. The thing was, the store was not busy on this Sunday afternoon. The bottle neck was at the check line with four or five registers, and two people supposedly working two of them. This entire time, not one sale was rung up. So off I went to Boscov's where I spend about the same without any delay at their checkouts. Mt Joy Shopper...

I really love the clothes here and always find what I need. The store is clean and always in order…read more However, the staff isn't consistent. Most times I go in and they're less than helpful. If you need help in the dressing room - forget it. You wind up having to get new sizes yourself. Good quality and decent prices.

BEWARE! To say my experience was horrible, is a complete understatement. I went into the store to…read morereturn one shirt ($18.83) and exchange another shirt ($23.03) for a different size. Both shirts were bought online with a 30% off discount totaling $41.86. When the girl was checking me out she did the return and exchange all in one transaction. I left after receiving my receipt and a different sized shirt. It wasn't until I walked out of the store did I realize the cashier failed to return ALL of the money that was owed back to me ($18.83) for the shirt I returned. Instead, she only refunded me $8.96. Stunned that I was ripped off, I returned to the store and confronted another employee about the return. She then told me to wait for the same girl to checked me out before to return to the register. I then confronted her about the return and told her that she shorted me money on my card. She then tried to explain to me that she could NOT do an "even exchange" since I returned the shirt IN STORE and the price of the exchanged shirt would cost me the original price ($32.90)! Shocked that she failed to bother explaining this to me to begin with, I told her I would not like to keep the exchanged shirt since I was tricked into thinking I was actually getting an even price exchange. She then returned the shirt and told me that I could not receive the full $32.90 I was originally charged out of the returned items since an exchange would be "final sale". Somehow, she gave me back $8.96 when I returned the exchanged shirt (didn't make any sense to me at all). I told her it was unfair that she would cheat me out of the full amount of money I was owed. Her and the other employee did not fully understand how to return an online item for an even exchange and basically told me that they couldn't do anything else to resolve the situation! They failed to offer me any number for corporate, nor call a supervisor regarding the blatantly obvious issue. Both of the employees felt comfortable letting me walk out of the store ripped off and dissatisfied. I left and immediately called the Windsor customer service number and told the operator, Brianna, how poorly the entire situation was handled by both of the employees. Brianna immediately told me that the situation never should've occurred and worked hard to resolve it. I honestly would never shop at any other Windsor store after my poor experience if it wasn't for Brianna's help. Windsor has excellent quality clothes so to have this kind of an experience in their store was very disappointing for me. If you dare to enter this store and spend your money here (god help you), make sure the cashier gives you the right change/amount on your card back, and do not let these employees steal money from you. I'm sure I'm not the first customer they ripped off!

TMB is the premier menswear store in Lancaster (they also sell clothing for women but I don't…read moretypically buy it). Excellent selection of American-made products including Allen Edmonds shoes, slacks or khakis (Bills Khakis, Keithmoor/Coppley, etc.), suits (Joseph Abboud, Canali, Tallia), most other things. A lot of fancy Italian sweaters by brands like Scott Barber. Periodic sales make some products almost affordable for a poor student like myself. Minus points for some of their brands. Stuff like Nat Nast or Vineyard Fines or Robert Talbott (the third is rather attractive but all three are grossly overpriced-- anywhere, definitely not limited to TMB). With the exception of TMB's selection of shirts (Gitman and Canali are way out of my price range but Enro has gone downhill in recent years), I think that TMB is probably way ahead of Fillings, Lancaster's other clothier, in most respects. People are also a fair amount friendlier here than at Fillings. Definitely worth a visit if you're in need of any fine additions to your wardrobe-- or just to have a look.

The custom shirts, shoes, suits, coats, are lifetime purchases - and the on-site Italian tailors make everything fit perfectly. I feel like a million bucks when I wear my TMB clothes. I'm not a fashionista, but having a personal shopper that helps me match and choose is seriously the single best reason to shop TMB.
