It's nerve wracking when dealing with the insurance and everyone else. Craig, Ray and Valerie took care of everything and explained the whole process at various times. I trusted them because Schultz Roofing also did my neighbor's roof down the street and they had a good experience also. Schultz Roofing works with the insurance and even sets up other contractors for the painting, windows, gutters, etc.. They were also extremely quick in getting the roof replaced. I'm glad I had my house fixed up with Schultz Roofing. I highly recommend them for their honesty, taking care of the home owner, and speediness in getting the roof replaced.

Dealing with insurance companies is not what I would call fun, but if you turn it over to Craig, he'll take care of it. I have used other roofing companies over the years, but I always come back to Craig because of his high level of integrity and the fact that I know he will stand behind his work.

This company chose to cold call me on a Saturday afternoon to try to schedule a roof inspection. In my opinion, this is a predatory marketing practice that takes advantage of homeowners immediately after a storm. I understand companies need to find business, but unsolicited sales calls after a weather event are not how I believe reputable contractors should operate. Because of this experience alone, I would never consider hiring this company, and I'm leaving a 1-star review based on their decision to use telemarketing and cold calling.

I have dogs and I appreciated the call days before the roof installation so I could take them to a different location. The roof installation took only a day and it is beautiful. The gutters took a little longer to install but that was not their fault. The weather did not want to cooperate. The roofers and the gutter guys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I'm glad I chose Expert Exteriors. They have great customer service and are very professional. They did great work on both the roof and gutters. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. After a hail storm in August, I noticed extensive shingle particles in my downspouts. In September, I started a claim with my insurance company. They sent an "independent" inspector (code word for crap) to inspect and provide an estimate. I was shocked at how minimal the inspection and repair estimate was. They essentially were expecting me to do "spot repairs" after extensive hail damage. My neighbors had their roof replaced in mid-Summer by Expert Exteriors and were very happy with the results. I called Expert and Billy came by and performed a very thorough inspection, documenting damage with photos, something the "independent" contractor didn't even bother to do. Billy also discovered I had a "double roof" (second set of shingles nailed to first layer, a BIG code violation in Colorado) which occurred before I purchased the house about five years ago. I intend to have some strong words with the home inspection service I hired during purchase (they owe my some answers!). I also requested inspections from two other companies in Loveland, Gold Roofing and Pride Roofing. Not only did they miss the double roof, but said my roof had minimal damage that was already documented via photos. I am NOT impressed by their aloof attitude and lack of attention to detail and will tell everyone I know about my experiences with them. Billy and Expert Exteriors went to bat with for me with my insurance company. Finally, after significant wrangling, my insurance honored their part of the policy and approved for a whole roof replacement. Expert Exteriors completed the job in one day, and cleaned up completely afterwards. I am very happy with Billy and Expert Exteriors and heartily recommend them as a candidate for your next roof replacement.
