Clean Slate Construction's guys are titans among men!…read more I hired them to remediate dry rot in my house. They gave me an amazing estimate and once I signed on the dotted line they came, set up, did all the work, and cleaned up after only a week! What I loved is that they arrived on time every day, didn't stand around wasting time, didn't leave the job site for extended periods of time, brought their own portapotty, were friendly and respectful to our family, considerate of my kids (one of whom has severe special needs), explained what they were doing in a thorough but not condescending way, and they cleaned up every day after that day's work. Best of all was the quality of work. I'm no expert but I can tell when construction work is bad and I'm being BS'ed versus when it's good. And Clean Slate's work was very good. I've already hired them for another job at my house, and that should say it all.

Kephart Construction has done numerous upgrades and remodel projects for us. All were perfectly…read moreplanned, executed and completed in a timely, clean and ultra craftsmanship manner. Our home presented several difficulties due to previous owners upgrades. Kephart Construction (KC) resolved each and every problem and accomplished our goals. They remodeled 3 bathrooms gutting old plastic tub and showers replacing with beautiful tile, coordinating with our plumbers for plumbing needs and changing doorways, adding sliding barn door, vanities, medicine cabinets etc. We had a lift installed and (KC) did all the framing, sheetrock, safety gate and finish work to give the lift a clean and professionally installed look. Their extensive experience, knowledge and recommendations for materials and products was invaluable in achieving our goals. In addition, they were ALWAYS punctual, clean and professional, leaving their work areas cleaned up at end of each work day. Although having multiple projects going simultaneously had the potential to be crazy, Kephart kept things organized and running smoothly. We will use them in future for window replacement and kitchen remodeling. This is the 5 th home we have extensively remodeled in various states and Kephart Construction is the best we have worked with by far.
