Outstanding Real Estate Agents!…read more I had the pleasure of working with Dan (and briefly with Steven for a showing when Dan was out of town) for my recent house purchase in San Francisco, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Dan's deep knowledge of the SF real estate market is truly impressive. He provided invaluable insights into pricing and market trends, and possible improvements and associated costs for houses that I was interested in buying, which helped me make informed decisions. Steven is also amazing. He drew my attention to a crooked kitchen isle in the house that he was showing me. Dan and Steven are both very honest and have their clients' best interest at heart. They ask the right questions and observe your reactions in house showings such that they quickly understand what you are exactly looking for. That is how Dan found my dream home for me in a short period of time! Dan is incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. He consistently went above and beyond, working long hours and providing comparison reports, disclosures, and offers, even late into the night. His dedication and responsiveness made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Dan also has a great network of professionals like mortgage brokers, engineers, and movers that one may need. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and personable real estate agent in San Francisco, look no further than Dan and Steven. Thank you for your exceptional support and friendship!

After a frustrating experience with our Texas realtors, working with Geary was a breath of fresh…read moreair that restored our faith in what exceptional real estate representation looks like. His communication style is both over-the-top responsive and meaningfully informative. He meticulously sifted through lengthy disclosure documents to highlight only the most pertinent details, and during property tours, he pointed out concerns and observations that our untrained eyes would have completely missed. His organizational skills and attention to detail gave us confidence that nothing would fall through the cracks. What truly set Geary apart was his unwavering support for our decisions while offering his seasoned perspective, always trusting us to make the final call. Even during his vacation in Vietnam, he made time to address our concerns and provide guidance when we needed it most. Perhaps most touching was watching him take the time to educate my Vietnamese-speaking parents about the home-buying process in their native language, ensuring our entire family felt informed and included. Geary's dedication, expertise, and genuine care for his clients make him an outstanding realtor, and I recommend him without reservation to anyone navigating the Bay Area market. He is absolutely our favorite realtor!

He has a wealth of knowledge and a thorough understanding of the competitive Bay Area market. On top of that, he is a lovely person and an absolute joy to be around. My payment bounced the month I tried this rent credit card Bilt, because my credit limit was too low. I had paid rent on time for 1 year prior to this. The attitude was a bit rude/cagey around being late even though it was only like 2-3 days late. They tried to charge me like $75 in late fees, but I was able to talk to them and get it down to like $25. Other than that one suboptimal experience, they have been wonderful. Pete Medina is a delight and shows up for me punctually for even small issues. There was a beeping hot tub from a neighbor that would randomly turn on sometimes and stay on 24/7 next to my window and drive me insane. He'd show up within hours once it started beeping to ask them to turn it off. On multiple occasions. Great guy to talk to, and generally a family-owned amicable property management company. So not the most professional setup, but they took care of things for me. This review is not fake or being bought. Just wanted to add my POV after seeing some negative comments, that it's not all that bad. For the most part, if you play nice they play nice, as is most things in life.
