The play ground is super cool with a mini zip-line, the outdoor auditorium was fun and informative and they brought so many fascinating animals. The aviary? A mystical MUST see! The birds land right on you and you get to feed them. I had to sneak back and go thru once more just to see these pretty birds! The sundial bridge is a beautiful walk and visually entrancing. Then the actual museum is so amazing too. Learned a lot of stuff and the girls all loved it. We will be back for sure. And its always changed up with different themes every quarter. There is also the Mosquito Serenade during the summer; which has different live music everywhere & it's FREE! A dog park is available as well! 2 different areas. 1 for big dogs, 1 for little dogs! Little doggy pools available + and agility course! They also provide poop bags! Tennis courts also! There is a plethora of activities at this park! Including beautiful river walking trails!

This place has a very cool bike obstacle course. They have 2 different levels. We walked to see the water and I seen a fish jump out of the water. There is a lot of shade while we were walking. I did go in to the art and gift shop and the drawing was fantastic. I was talking to the lady that works there and she said they change every month a different artist so do check them out. I would come back to this park and recommend anyone in the Redding area to go.

Upon returning to the marina they fill the gas tank and make you pay a prepaid $250 and return what wasn't used. They charge $7 a gallon and without telling you on the website, in your agreement or to your face at check in. We sat with three different individuals and not one of them told us at the end there would be an additional $250. The jetski ran great but EXTREMELY over priced and disappointed by the lack of communication or warning.
