Right away, I got a response from the owner in directing me to his tech (Josh). After discussing my situation with him, I cancelled my previous two appointments and made one with Adams. What was the difference??? Simply put ...Integrity and old school values! Josh was honest in his communication and gave me what I exactly wanted, that of an estimate. It turned out they both have similar names and since the other company was not getting back to me after several messages, I asked Robert for some assistance. My heat in the upstairs of my house where the bedrooms are was not working and the temperature was naturally down to about 63 degrees...everyone was very cold and not the best way to sleep!!! Robert, though his company had nothing to do with my house installation, was willing to walk me through some trouble shooting for about 20 minutes. Again, he was under no obligation to assist me and he was very busy with his appointments, so when he knew he could not make it to my house today, he took 20 minutes to trouble shoot with me over the phone. Amazing, as the trouble shooting told us that the system was not set-up properly and once he talked me through it, the system was working fine....no bill, no visit, just an incredible generous person with his time. I will be calling upon Robert for regular maintenance going forward....I can't thank you enough for your help.

We called Robert and explained the problem and he was here the next day to take a look and diagnose the problem. He figured out that the mother board had overheated and fried so he ordered us a new one and came back with his team a few days later to install it. It turned on right away and the problem was fixed. They also checked everything else and for leaks or anything else that may be wrong. Now our Ac is back to blowing cold again and good as new. Robert and his team was prompt, efficient and solved the problem, they all explained everything very thoroughly through every step of the way. That sink is brand new, I was so annoyed. I called Moore on the off chance they had availability. They did. Their drain unclogging price is clearly listed on their Yelp page. I respect that. Easy scheduling based on my needs and the pricing I clear, NO SURPRISES. Service provider arrived at the top of my appointment window, wore a mask, got to work. The biggest issue: they simply could not keep appointments. Frequent no-shows, missed windows, and last-minute reschedules turned routine maintenance into a recurring hassle. The second issue: constant upselling. Nearly every visit came with a "the system is fine" but we recommend additional products or upgrades. The final incident made us cancel: They performed routine maintenance on a system that was working fine when they arrived. After the maintenance, the HVAC unit wouldn't turn on. We were told it was "about to fail" and the maintenance did not cause the failure. (Debatable.) Conveniently, they had the part on hand but would only install it if we paid out of pocket - even though the part was under warranty. (Don't worry, another company replaced the same part under warranty the following day.) I would think carefully before signing up for a membership.

When our heating system broke down over the holidays, they still were able to have a guy come out on Dec 26 (despite being closed) to identify the issue and order us a replacement part. He told us what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again -- essentially the crazy winds knocked the cover off a unit off roof loose and water got in. They managed to secure us a part quickly and replaced in before we had friends come over for New Years Eve. So grateful for their help during the holidays. Cannot recommend Reyes enough!

Jimmy Reyes arrived at 8am Friday morning to take a look and told us they could fix the furnace, but since it was old there was a possibility something else would fail in the future. We had installed the furnace and A/C condenser together in 2002 and decided the best course of action would be to replace both. Jimmy told us that the A/C unit would require a permit and that might slow down installation, and provided a competitive estimate. Fortunately, we were leaving for a week's vacation the following day but Reyes dropped off some space heaters to keep us warm in the meantime. A week later, Reyes arrived promptly at 8am to install the new furnace and A/C (having secured the permit). The team introduced themselves (so polite!) and placed tarps, etc. to protect our flooring. They worked diligently and completed the entire job in 2 days! Not only that, but they removed the registers and sealed all the ducts to maximize the heating and cooling. We could not be happier. The new furnace and A/C are super energy efficient, quiet and effective. Reyes Heating and Air set the standard for excellence and customer service.
