As first time buyers, we came in with a LOT of questions and were pretty overwhelmed by all of the interest in our target area. After seeing him work with the seller and our HOA, we were extremely glad to have him on our side as he was able to advocate for multiple minor issues that, by no coincidence, ended up in our favor. He was exactly what we needed to help us pull the trigger at the right times while never being pushy, was ready to run the distance when we were ready to go, and was very encouraging despite us feeling outpaced by the market.
