We did have a special assessment back in 2020 that was painful, but alot of maintenance has been done, we've got a great board, and there is alot to love. Besides being quite affordable compared to other similar complexes, this place has alot of special features: large walkable property, a surprising amount of wildlife (deer, wild turkeys, foxes, etc.), safe and neighborly, and of course, most of us enjoy epic views from our homes.
