We had the idea to add pavers with turf in between and they truly turned our vision into a reality. Henry was great with communicating and very easy to work with. Their quality of work is fantastic. Highly recommend Henry and his team!

3.75/5.0 Stars. Tony Tran and his crew completed concrete, drainage, irrigation and tree hole work…read morefor us at fair prices. We appreciate that he was on time, built solid forms and even suggested additional drainage improvements. The finished result is better than that of a previous contractor. That said, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. We observed several crew members urinating in our yard and Tony made light of it so we had to address the workers ourselves to use a bathroom. There was also a miscalculation in the amount of concrete needed; while Tony completed the job at no extra charge using bagged concrete-which we appreciate-the situation could have been handled better from the outset given his level of experience, use a tape measure. Cleanup was a concern. The crew left behind concrete residue on surfaces like the driveway requiring several hours of my time to sweep and scrape. In summary, while the quality of the finished work is good improvements in professionalism, planning accuracy and post job cleanup would make a significant difference in the overall experience. Without these issues he's a solid 4.0/5.0 stars but we had the issues. I also overpaid $50 and my text hasn't been answered. Like many contractors here having tried to get us to pay more during the job he probably decided to keep it. 916-230-7995 is his cell.

I called and spoke with Randeep, who scheduled me within 2 days with an irrigation specialist. I had an appointment this past Wednesday for Danny to come by and take a look at the leak. Not only did Danny fix the leak, he replaced the valve completely with newer, more up to date parts as my home is 20+ years old. After addressing the original issue, he noticed that two of my sprinklers were not functioning and replaced them, even without me asking! Wow! He then recommended that I replace my sprinkler timer as well, since it was also an older/outdated model. I purchased a new timer, in which he took the time to walk me through step by step to make sure I understood how to use the timer and make necessary adjustments and also made sure to go through the schedule not once, but twice to ensure I was satisfied with the watering schedule and overall water flow. During the walkthrough, I noticed there was a huge leak coming from a drip line in my backyard that caused a puddle in my lawn. He explained that the leak in the drip line may have been caused my running it over with a lawnmower or by me accidentally hitting the line with a weed wacker. I asked Danny how much it would cost for him to fix the leak, and he said, "This is such an easy fix, I'm almost positive you can fix it on your own." He then recommended the parts I needed to fix the leak, and sure enough, I was able to fix it on my own! He made sure to keep in contact with me while I went to Home Depot to make sure I bought the right parts. Danny went above and beyond and provided exceptional service! He was patient, honest, kind, and very knowledgeable, which is a true reflection of the company. Nowadays, it's hard to find a trustworthy company that won't take advantage of you! Thanks again to Randeep and Danny for making this a great experience from beginning to end. I would absolutely recommend this place for any of your landscaping needs!

We did as much as we could ourselves, but there came a time when we knew we needed help. We met with several landscaping companies to get quotes, but when we met Billy, it changed everything. Billy didn't just give us a quote, he gave us guidance and ideas on how to really make the most of our space. He told us when our ideas needed work and helped us to make the best decisions for the space we have. Not only was his pricing fair, he helped us work within our budget instead of trying to up-sell us on work we couldn't afford. Now that the yard is done, I couldn't be more thankful. I'm so glad Billy helped us achieve these stellar results within our budget. We will definitely be calling him again for our next project.

We didn't want anything complicated, just a simple design so that we could enjoy our backyard with our young family. My husband found Bobby's business on Google and contacted him. Services completed: - Old sod and trees (2) + roots removed - New sod and cement border with sprinkler system - New plants with drip system - Added rocks to border fence/grass area Bobby was attentive to our requests, even when we changed our mind on a few things last minute. The job was completed in 2 weeks and we are not only satisfied, but also more than happy with the finished backyard. Solid work from a solid team--Bobby and his team were a pleasure to work with. Before receiving the quote, I sent multiple photos clearly showing the bushes, roots, and work area, and explained that I have fibromyalgia and spinal arthritis, which is why I needed help with the job. Unfortunately, the experience became extremely stressful and uncomfortable. After the work began, the owner repeatedly complained that he "didn't account for the roots" and tried to increase the price, even though everything had already been shown in the photos beforehand. During the job, my pavement was cracked and my irrigation system was damaged. No one warned me ahead of time that the irrigation could be affected or discussed any precautions before starting. When I brought up the damage, I was told there was basically "nothing they could do." The owner was aggressive, loud, and repeatedly threatened to stop the job and leave the work unfinished whenever concerns were raised. The constant arguing, pressure about money, and confrontational behavior made the entire situation feel very intimidating and unprofessional. The work was eventually completed after more discussion, but the overall experience was chaotic, stressful, and lacked professionalism and accountability. I strongly recommend getting every detail in writing beforehand, including scope of work, pricing, and responsibility for damages. NOTE: The owner called me then texted me. I had to block him. I did not contact you further or continue any argument. My review reflects my personal experience with the work performed, including the property damage and how the situation was handled. I would prefer no further phone calls and that all communication remain respectful and in writing only. This is inappropriate behavior and he's making heritage assumptions.

Just two years later we started noticing that the window directly under the awning was leaking during severe weather. (So once or twice a winter) it has been a nightmare ever since. I called Salens to have them come inspect. They did not come out. They gave me the number of the company who did the awning. My husband and I both reached out to them to NO RESPONSE. At that point I felt like I wasn't going to get help from Salens or this other company. I reached out to several awing companies and explained the issues I was having, to see if they would come inspect the work. To no surprise very few people felt comfortable inspecting work that wasn't theirs. I found someone who did come out, pulled back flashing, recaulked, and sealed some cracks around the area. This helped initially but the leaking came back. I had a leak detection company come out and they couldn't replicate the leak. At this point my option is to pull the awning down and throw 6,000 down the drain or cut a whole inside my home in the drywall to see where it's leaking. Pulling the awning down will require me to completely resucco the backside of my home. Theres no visible damage from the leaking. Our Insurance company couldn't find the source and declared it wasn't from a storm. I called Salens back because I really wanted to speak to the owner about this and I left a message with another staff member. It's been two weeks with no call back. All of this to say I would vet the subcontractors this company uses. I also would not recommend drilling into stucco !
