This is by far our favorite Thai restaurant! It is small quiet and the food is always 10/10. Its family owned and you can tell they take pride in their business. I get the Red curry mild (bc whew it can get hot) my husband got the Basil fried rice with beef and my daughter got the drunken noodles with tofu(always her fave) . The interior is delightfully appointed, featuring an intimate private bar alongside refined seating suitable for both private, quiet dining and larger family gatherings. The service was top-tier remarkably warm, courteous, and attentive. With the gracious assistance of my waiter, I began with my personal favorite, a Thai iced tea. It was prepared to absolute perfection smooth, richly flavored, and completely addictive. For my main course, I selected the Pad Thai. Though my waiter thoughtfully noted that one could pair shrimp with other meats, I opted for the classic chicken Pad Thai. I checked this place out with my sister on a Thursday night. While the restaurant wasn't crowded, there seemed to be only one server on staff. After seating our two top, he proceeded to run drinks to another table and take a table of 5s order before offering us drinks or menus. About 10-15 minutes after seating, we ordered. I got massaman curry with shrimp and my (vegan) sister got drunken noodles with no fish sauce. We both ordered our food spicy, and neither dish had any spice. When we asked for extra, we were given red pepper flakes. Noom Thai bistro is just that it's a good Thai restaurant with fresh food and very good service. The flavors were very authentic and rich, but I did find that on my next trip there I would like to have the heat level greater than five as it did lack in the typical Thai kick. So what about the food: Three sauces served with the app tray - **Plum Sauce - sweet and tangy sauce, loved it **Shrimp Sauce - yes, Japanese shrimp sauce **Sweet Chili Sauce - traditional Thai sweet chili Crab Rangoon - delicious version of the Rangoon, favorite of the table. Egg rolls - tightly rolled mini egg rolls. Shrimp rolls - marinated shrimp wrapped and deep fried, I missed the marinade, so this one fell flat for me. Pineapple fried rice - a nice mix of sweet and savory. Basil Stir Fry - good stir fry with a side of rice, lots of veggies in this dish. Massaman Curry - dish fell a little flat for our table. My stomach wasn't feeling great when I went, and I can happily say the food is tummy ache friendly. The flavor wasn't too overwhelming in the veggie stir fry that I got + chicken. The peanut sauce is also super good. Only con was the dish was a smidge too salty but other than that it was fantastic. The waitress was also a joy! Stopped in for a quick lunch between errands. The wife got chicken basil stir fry, medium spiced, and I got the red curry chicken, American hot. Both dishes were great and the place shows promise at reasonable prices. Too many Thai restaurants try to dress up as "fine dining" and double their prices without doing much with the food itself. Stopped by for a late supper after flying in. I was seated promptly and greeted like a local. For a Monday evening late the place still had a brisk flow. Of course I had the Shrimp Pad Thai and an icedThai Tea. They had five levels of heat and so it was late so played it safe with level two. I haven't tried Thai before but I like Japanese and some Chinese and this seemed like a breed of the two. Out on a girls night and one of my friends suggested this place and said it was so delicious. Reviews also supported her opinion so why not. Let's go! We wanted an app but couldn't decide which one so we decided to do the app tray and just split it. After ordering it, it came out within a few minutes. Everything was delicious including the sauces. I love my sauces so they were put to good use. For dinner, I got the chicken Thai fried rice but I added basil to it. I didn't take a photo of my dinner. It was just so good. Once I started, I couldn't stop! One of My friends got shrimp drunken noodles. I didn't try it but it looks really good and she ate every bite! Another friend got the chicken red curry. I tried the sauce and it was tasty. Definitely had some spicy kick to it but her and I both like a little heat! Finally my other friend got shrimp hibachi (which wasn't one the new menu but on the old menu and the nee menu just didn't have room for it). It looked delicious too. For drinks we ordered wine which was good but basic bottled wine. Our server was friendly and helpful. Everything came out fresh and quickly.
