Great place for food and awesome service! Waitresses, despite being busy, were so sweet and you could tell the food was fresh. There was an obnoxious intoxicated guy being impatient because the place was packed and the waitress didn't immediately greet him and he kept screaming and flailing his arms saying "Hellllo" It was painful to watch that but the waitresses still handled it with grace and were kind to him. If you go out to eat and the place is extremely busy, please remember the waitresses are only human and are doing the best they can. I was a waitress for years, and it's not an easy job. read more

Went here a few times while staying at Borgata The cucumber salad was my favorite starter, the sauce was great and the portion is large. The ramen was good too and they have chili oil to make it as spicy as you like which I was a fan of. The steamed oysters were huge, wish I would've known that prior to ordering. I asked my waitress and she said they weren't too big, imagine my surprise when they were the size of an outstretched hand! The spicy wontons were delicious and the Chilean sea bass was flavorful, but had a bit too many small bones for my liking at that price. They were out of a few different drinks, so that was disappointing The experience between my first and second visits were entirely different. I felt ignored during my first visit, but the service was spectacular during my second. Hit or miss it seems read more

This place has moved to a bigger restaurant inside the Borgota. Much larger than the last Noodle place. No wait to be seated. Food the same, got what I knew. Didn't understand what some of the menu items were. They need some pictures. Ordered the veggie rolls, pad Thai and shrimp lo mein. Server was ok he was frustrated with the table next to us as the guy wasn't happy about his food. My only complaint is the bugs flying around. Definitely had to keep an eye on your food. read more

Located inside Borgata, Noodles serves a bunch of different kinds of Asian foods. My girlfriend loves their Beef Tendon and Brisket Noodle Soup so that's what she got and I went with Hong Kong Wonton Noodle Soup. I liked my dish, but I was a little disappointed by how much I got. It came with 5 shrimp wontons for $22. The wontons were good but they weren't mind-blowing or anything. The noodles were average and the soup itself was decent. It also came with a couple greens. I wouldn't get it again. Maybe if it were $5-10 cheaper. My girlfriend's beef noodle soup seemed to be much better value. It had a bunch of meat. The broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked well. The service is friendly and quick. The restaurant is bright, spacious, and clean. The food is good albeit overpriced, but I guess that's what you get inside casinos. read more

Used to be noodles of the world then they moved and now they are just noodles. Unfortunately with the move also went the service. We were one of a few tables there and only 2 of us but were barely visited by staff the entire time. The food is still good but its like empty here we could have walked out on the bill and no one wouldve noticed. read more

This restaurant is inside Borgata resort. Convenient and has a welcoming atmosphere. Looks like a traditional Chinese restaurant. Service was good. We were seated right away and offered the lunch menus as well and the regular menu. We ordered Tonkatsu ramen 3.5 nothing to write hone about. Quantity was okay for the price but the flavors were mellow. Curry Laksa noodle soup 3.5 nothing to write home about. Chicken satay appetizer 2.5 quantity was a joke 3 tiny pieces of chicken satay . Flavors were good though. Overall the menu lacked vegetables options . Not my favorite place. read more

The place is nice but i had higher expectations. Ordered the Taiwanese chicken which was basically mild Thai basil chicken and shrimp lo mein. The chicken needed more flavor. It was just ok. Lo mein was good, was very typical Chinese lo mein with an expensive price tag. Service was good, very fast. read more

With weather getting colder a lovely bowl of Pho was exactly what I needed and what I was happy to receive. The broth was fragrant hot and delicious; the sliced beef , bean sprouts jalapeños lime along with sauces were fresh and made for tasty soup. Also enjoyed the starter of gyoza. The excellent service with dishes arriving quickly and hot . And this was my first visit since it moved and I was impressed by the simple yet stunning decor . read more

Ever since this place moved from the middle of the casino floor to its actual own restaurant, it is the worst Chinese food you will ever have. It has the worst service you will ever encounter. They have the edamame sitting out for hours and throw it in the microwave to give it to you because it is disgusting. They don't even care that you literally tell them their food is no good. They serve a jasmine tea half of them have no clue if it's just jasmine or green tea or 50 decaf or caffeinated. Everybody gives you a different story mind you none of them really speak English. So who knows if they really understand you ... told them the edamame was horrible and wanted a new one they didn't bother getting the new one and still Kept it on the bill. Unreal .... Borgata you really have to replace the entire staff in this place ! read more

I am a fan of N.O.W. and the key is the time your visit here off peak because they are apparently very popular. We ventured here for dinner around 5 p.m. For starters, we had the Chicken Wings and Sweet Potato fries. Both portions were very generous but these choices were not that great. The fries were ok and the wings were not flavored well. My Chicken Pad Thai was my favorite. I asked for extra peanut sauce and sweet sauce and they both complemented the dish. I had so much left over there was enough for a whole second meal. The Peppered Dteak and the String beans with the side of white rice was the second runner up. Se our sever, was very helpful and attentive. We admired the efficiency of the staff and the Asian decor in the large space. It is definitely a family friendly place to enjoy a meal. By the time we left around 6:30 the line was literally out of the door. We were in shock and were utterly grateful we had dinner when we did because that line was crazy! read more

NOW was our go to every time we visited the Borgata. Noodles has a different menu, the food was not good, the atmosphere horrible. The saddest soups dumplings we have ever seen. Dan Dan noodles had nothing to do with Dan Dan noodles. It's so bright in there, like everything in the Borgata now. If you are here with your partner - the tables are so odd, that the person on the other end seems worlds away. Zero atmosphere, very cold. read more

I have dined here multiple times during stays at Borgata but can't believe I never wrote a review. The service is what truly prevented this from being a 4 star review as it's literally subpar all the time regardless of time of day. The food is solid, especially the noodle dishes and fried rice options, with the crab fried rice and the wonton noodle soup being my favorites . They also have rotating weekly specials which of the ones I've tried have all been good. Also be aware that the restaurant is small which also adds to longer wait times. read more

This is my second time visited Noodles after its transformation from N.O.W. I had my all time favorite Vietnamese Pho and I'm very pleased that it tasted the same. Very fresh bean sprouts, basil etc. I'll definitely recommend their noodles in soup though. Also ordered the shrimps fried rice $16.88 and grilled Lamb Ribs &18.88. Both were delicious Today before I left. I had my lunch again at Noodles and I ordered Singapore noodles. Oh Lord, it was sooo good. It's absolutely delicious with Authentic Cantonese style: correct ingredients-- roasted pork, shrimps, scallions, onion, bean sprouts in curry powder. I saw there were 2 Chinese chefs in the kitchen. Yes!! They are back. The noodles fried was full of "high heat wok style". Excellent. I didn't see them during dinner time, don't know if they are only there in earlier hours. The only drawback with all dishes I had was they were all little too salty. They can use 1/3 less salt. Iced Vietnamese coffee was good too only $5. Better than Starsbxxks Excellent overall. I'll recommend this place without second thoughts read more

I understand that this restaurant is fairly new so they have to work out the kinks. But it's is new? The restaurant sit in Borgota and replaces N.O.W. Chinese restaurant. Some of the staffs are the same staffs. The menu has changed a bit but not by much. They still have some of the customers favorites on the menu. Anyway back to why I'm giving them 2 stars. The service was horrible. Our waiter was a mess. He was taking orders in a row. Meaning he would take an order from one table then the next then another without placing any orders into the kitchen. So if you think your food is on the way, it's not. We just sat down and since we were the next table on his path he came to the our order but we were not ready because we literally just sat down. It's took a while for us to get him back to take our order. We were starving at this moment. Keep in mind we were waiting for a table for at least 45 mins. We ordered 2 glasses of water, 1 beer, 1 wonton noodles soup, fried rice, and steamed Chilean sea bass. A busboy came out to ask if we wanted water and then brang us our water. Seems like the waiter did not communicate that with the busboy and the busboy took it upon himself to figure it out. Our first dish came out which was the noodles soup. At that time my spouse had to tell the person that he never got his beer. She notified our server then the server came over to ask what beer did he want. So basically he forgot. Back to the noodle soup, it was warm not hot. If you're a soup person you want it to be hot. My spouse was able to finish his noodle soup before the fried rice and fish came out. Both the fried rice and white rice were hard. Like it was not fully cooked or not enough water was added when cooking it. It was really bad but at this point I was super hungry I just ate it. And what's the point of getting a new rice when they get it from the same rice cooker. I still gave this place 2 stars and not 1 because the flavors were still there and they are a "new" establishment so I'll give them some grace. If in the future I do come back after they work things out, I'll update my review then. Also the table next to us found a hair in their chicken and broccoli. read more

Service was great at new location. Love that you can have your own table now. Of course the food is a bit expensive, but is to be expected since located in casino. Noodles of the world located inside of the borgata casino was just okay. The decor is dark and cozy. You can dress up or dress down! The shrimp lo Mein was bland. We were really disappointed in our dinner experience here during our Borgata stay. We ate a lot of great food and met a lot of friendly staff while finding places to eat here, unfortunately not here. First off we walked up and were immediately taken to a table, great for speed but the hostess didn't speak at all. Not a hi, how are you, follow me, or enjoy, no words. We felt strange following her so she stood at our table for a moment before waving us over. We were sat and no one came to ask for our drink order or greet us, for 13 minutes. No big deal normally, but there were 3 other tables full, as we watched staff not attend to any and sit at the bar area. When a server finally came over he was laughing as he came over, I am sure it was not at us, but it seemed very unprofessional. He lost his smile speaking to us and seemed immediately annoyed that we wanted to order an appetizer, but hadn't decided on food yet. We received the sampler and were disappointed with the taste and presentation. $20 for that plate seemed so ridiculous. Since we really wanted to like the place or at least the food we ordered our entrees to-go. Don't get me started on how the waiter felt about this. Nonetheless, we got our food to go and the noodles were fine. Nothing special and certainly not worth almost $20 each. Especially with the few large chunks of chicken in the lo mien, it could've been cut so quickly! We were overall really disappointed and do not recommend stopping here. EVERY single restaurant we tried at the Borgota was miles above/better than this one. read more

I've been coming here a couple times a month for over 10 years. This is the first time not only did I finish the whole noodle bowl, but am left wanting more. It seems as if the rising price is directly proportional to the decreased amount of noodles in the Hong Kong Wonton soup. Sad face! Broth is pretty good with plenty of flavorful veg though! And I do love the condiments on the table so I never have to ask, plenty of seating, and quickly prepared food. Can we add about twice the amount of noodles in the main course soups please?? read more

Service is okay. Everyone works fast for a crowed place. Honey Walnut Shrimp by far is one of the best I've tasted.

Convenient yes. Tasty no. My shrimp lo mein dish was under whelming and noodles way over cooked. Didn't think this was a possible dish to mess up especially when paying the casino premium of $20. Honey walnut shrimp also left a lot to be desired. Too much batter, and the sauce was not sweet. Will not be back. Guess I will wait til I get home if I am ever craving Asian food read more

This place holds many memories as it was one of the first restaurants my wife and I enjoyed when dating. The food, ambiance, and music left us with great memories. What a difference six years make. We waited for a brief moment ro get seated. Once seated, we had a wait to make our initial order...Not sure if they were adequately staffed?? Ordered the wings, which were nice and crispy yet lacked flavor. The sauce provided was good and added flavor to the wings. We had to return one order of General Tso shrimp...was waterer and had a taste like a component of the dish may have been burnt. The order of Vietnamese Pho was good with no issues. The edemomie was hit. Lightly salted and not overdone. read more

We stayed at Borgata for a birthday and came here for dinner. This place is located in the middle of the casino, The wait was longer than expected, and once seated, I felt rushed throughout the entire meal. The crabmeat fried rice was a standout dish, flavorful and satisfying. However, while the food and service was quick, it sometimes felt too rushed, with the server constantly grabbing plates while we are still eating. To make matters worse, when we asked for to-go boxes, the server returned and dumped everything together in them resembling dog food and threw half of our soup on the table. Peking duck also came with sweet and sour sauce lacking the classic duck sauce accompaniment. The ambiance and atmosphere felt rushed. read more

Was greeted upon arrival. Was seated immediately. I liked the fact that they stayed open pretty late (12am). Everything else at the Borgata closed pretty early. We looked at the menu, nothing that REALLY caught my eye. I just chose what I was familiar with which was the house special lo mein and cream cheese Rangoon. Honestly was not impressed. The Rangoon was a little too done and crispy and the meat inside of the lo mein that I received was not flavorful. We took food to go because we didn't eat much there but ended up not eating the leftovers because we honestly didn't like the food. The place looked nice but small. Which was fine. It was only two of us so he had a place to sit. The service was very nice. That's where the stars come in at. We were treated very well at this establishment. Our server was helpful. read more

3.5/5 Stars Decent Asian food for being inside of a casino. They are also one of the restaurants that are open a little later, which worked out for us because we were there around 10pm. We got a Hot & Sour soup - very standard and was a good size. Vietnamese Pho - the thin noodles were delicious. Broth was really good too but you can tell that they used a lot of salt / msg. Beef Lo Mein - pretty standard in terms of taste. A good sized portion as well. read more

First time trying out N.O.W. and I'd have to say it's average. First off, the decor is nice but there's not much space, just a few small tables, one long communal table, and then seating along the cooking station, where we sat. The service is fast and professional, but the food we had was, well, average. The Chicken Lo Mein had minimal flavor and the noodles had a reheat-type texture. The shrimp & pork steamed dumpling were a little better. The prices are reasonable. I would go again and try something different, but from a first-visit perspective, it's a mediocre dining experience. read more

Visited noodles over the weekend and the staff was extremely rude. We requested a table for a party of 10 and were willing to wait since we knew we had a large party. We waited over 30 minutes and asked for an update and the male host spoke very rudely to us, rolling his eyes, and making faces as if we were bothering him. We told him he could sit as separate tables but they refused to seat us and sat a party of 1 (who came after us) at a 6 top instead. We ended up leaving because the people working the host stand made us feel very unwelcome. Only giving one star because I wasn't able to give 0. read more
