This place tastes like sadness. Traditionally I like N&C. It isn't fancy but it is decent food at a fairly good price. This location just doesn't bring much to the table. The location is kind of worn out, lots of things were broken (some chairs, the soda machine, a table, the flooring, etc.) The food wasn't on par with other locations, and the feeling is that both the customers and employees would rather be somewhere else. My son and I came here on a rainy night when we wanted something delicious. We are a fan of this location. What prompted me to write this review is the amazing staff and the yummy food. As we were dining in, the staff were kindly telling people that they were behind due to online orders and weren't taking anymore orders. Some of the people were so rude and unkind. I felt so bad for the staff, but they handled it well. It reminded me of something I read online about many places being understaffed but how we should be kind to those who show up. The staff here were very nice when we ordered. On to the food... this location has yet to disappoint. We got the Buffalo Chicken Mac and the Alfredo MontAmore. Both were so good. I've never been to this location before. But I was in the mood for some potstickers. And I know they have some great ones at noodles. We are currently in the midst of the coronas virus lockdown. So I was very happy to see the restaurant was still open. As we walked in there was somebody cleaning all the windows and the rest of the staff appeared to be cooking and washing up. Great! We ordered our food and sat down. They were fairly quick getting it to us. I ordered a new dish that they had, the orange chicken with noodles. Actually I don't know how new it is but it said new on the menu. LOL! I quite enjoyed it! Hubster got the steak stroganoff. He said it was OK. Not the absolute greatest but he ate the whole thing nonetheless with some added salt. The potstickers were amazing as always. I always order them without the red pepper flakes in the dip sauce. That's a little too spicy for me. And we got the garlic cheesy bread with marinara dip. It did look like the bread could have been in the oven one more minute. Noodles is one of my favorite companies, but this experience left a bad taste and I don't think I'll be coming back. The man that took my order was very unprofessional... I asked what something was on the menu and he said "I don't know." He never offered to find out for me so I just went with my usual order. I kept having to repeat my order and name and he got my order wrong TWICE. He also put a total random name on the order. Come to find out later he had AIRPODS in. No wonder he couldn't hear me. After waiting for the third and correct dish to be made, I get home to find out there is literally no sauce added. It was just noodles and shrimp and the noodles were burnt and chewy. I've always seen this place everywhere and finally decide to stop by the one near my place. It's very easy to order here. You chose what you want and the option of adding meat by paying extra. I tried the Bangkok noodles. It was good and light. There was a slight hint of lime in it as well. Instead of meat I added a side of Mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was very delicious. I don't think this is the box kind of Mac and cheese. When I ate the Mac and cheese it was a bit cooler than when I first got it but the cheese didn't chunk up. Also it was still very creamy in the middle. This is a great place to go for a quick comfort food fix. But apart from that...it is the only thing to look forward for. I ordered a salad that the cashier recommended which was gross, but I ate the chicken out of it and was going to save the rest to see if my spouse liked it. I used to love this place. Every time I come it gets worse. Today we got here, and with only half the tables (or less) being used, you would think we would be able to find a clean one... No dice! Food took about twice as long as it usually does and came out cold. So cold, the kids Mac and cheese was ice cold (seriously) with cheese that wasn't even melted. Both my buttered noodles and the wife's cavatapi wrere room temperature at best. When I brought the kids meal up and told them they microwaved it and gave me back a boiling Mac and cheese (for a kid). Come to find out, I was not an important enough customer. Apparently Door Dash takes precedence over everyone else. So my order kept getting pushed back as others ordered from delivery services. It would be nice to be told before the steal your money about their policy on where in house paying customers stand. After waiting nearly 45 minutes, I took the food home. And after and extremely long, hard day and an even longer weekend we opened the containers and it was dry, flavorless pasta and chicken. I would venture to say, I will take my business where it is appreciated and I will also let everyone I can, know about the decline in service and quality to save their hard earned money and precious time. This location has really gone downhill. We order my daughter takeout almost every Wednesday. The restaurant is always a disaster when we go in to pick it up. The employees are never friendly. Tonight, our order was late being finished. No sorry or thanks for waiting.
