Love this location, taste is usually consistent and portions are huge. I like all the customization options when ordering

I had the most disgusting experience eating here. I ordered food at this establishment and was appalled by their hygiene practices. First of all, I've eaten at other Noodle Box places where the cooks wear hair nets while preparing food and use gloves. Here, they used hygiene practices more typical of an underdeveloped country. There were no hair nets, no gloves, and, worst of all, the cashier who handled money did not wash his hands before touching the vegetables for my meal. He answered the phone, took money from customers and turned around to cut the vegetables for my dish without sanitizing, wearing gloves or washing hands. He then carelessly tossed my noodles onto my plate and finger picked the noodles that had slide-off the plate and put them back onto my plate without disinfecting his dirty hands. It was disgusting, to say the least. Customer beware!!! It's a shame because I've eaten at other Noodle Box places, particularly the one at Morgan Crossing in South Surrey, and expected the same level of hygiene here. Instead, it was disgusting. How is it acceptable for the cashier, who handles cash and answers phones, to handle food without washing or sanitizing their hands? read more

Had the Nanaimo bar spring roll. Once I got past it literally being the hottest thing I've ever put into my mouth, my teeth sunk into a gorgeous, golden brown and perfectly crispy crust that transported me back to the streets of Thailand. This was followed by a swim down a river of warm, delicious vanilla custard and melted chocolate Ganache. The cherry on top of this Canadian Sundae(y) was the chocolate coconut crumble, which still held it integrity post fry, that gave me the classic Nanaimo bar taste I remember from my childhood. 8.5/10 read more

Huge caution if you're in a hurry. While the food is good the speed at this place is very very slow. So do not expect quick takeout. If you show up there to order they set priority on people who have ordered online. You will be way faster served going next door to Browns sitting down having a server bring you your food. We've tried this place twice now and not at a busy time of day. It has taken 30 minutes so far and still there is no food to be seen. I think they should put a timer by the till to tell you how long to expect for your food to come because it is very deceptive thinking this is fast food to take out. read more

We were there a few times with Ingredients out , so couldn't get things like their awesome peanut noodle dish. Also a lot of their items are not seasoned. Like in the Victoria one. It has a great Smokey taste. Still good and quick for lunch Cons: Booth seating is higher than tables. read more

The food is usually pretty consistent in flavor and ingredients. The one major turn off I experienced today was a very dirty floor in the kitchen / food service area. There were three individuals standing around and a pretty nasty floor. Doesn't make for an appetizing experience. read more

I deliver skip the dishes and I'm in noodlebox on the regular picking up and delivering orders. After 6 plus months of doing this I finally thought I would find out what all the hype was about and downloaded the app went through the choices and placed my order. After doing so got my email telling me my wait would be a hour. Sorry but as a single parent having already been away from my child for over ten hours due to work I had to get home to them and sadly called the store canceled my order very soon after ordering it. I was told it would be canceled but money couldn't be refunded to my credit card cause she didn't have the power but was assured it would done within 24-48 hours, I went to store yesterday to ask for a update. The charge was sitting the whole time as a pending charge either way I couldn't recorder cause my card was maxed out. Well today instead of clearing it now has gone through my card as a charge. I emailed head office already and still no reply. I'm feeling pissed off and I have still have a empty tummy read more

i went here tonight and ordered the chinese style rice MADE VEGAN ie: no animal products! the cashier seemed to be new but i had ordered vegan at noodlebox so many times i thought all of the employees would be trained on how to do something so simple...long story short after i left and opened my box there was pieces of chicken period (egg) floating around my box. ridiculous. i had no time to go back but it ruined my dinner and was completely inedible. luckily i do not have an allergy to eggs but nonetheless, if you ask for something vegan (especially since noodlebox claims to be soooo allergen friendly) you should get your food made vegan. eggs are NOT vegan. do not come here if you are vegan or have allergies. i almost threw up it was so disgusting. wish i went back but didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes for mediocre rice. read more
