Beef chow fun
Krystyn P.

Noodle Revolution is one of those places that you know deserves a five star, but is such a hidden gem that you don't want it to get too popular that you can't get a seat. But the food is amazing. I've ordered something new every time I've gone, and have always been impressed. Their kids chicken noodle soup is the one meal I've always seen my son finish every single time (and it's a pretty big portion for a child). The restaurant itself is a tiny little storefront in the middle of a residential area. It's cozy and doesn't fit much more than 20 people, even with 4 seats at the bar. I've never had to make reservations, but as this place grows in popularity I'm worried I will start having to do so... but the owners deserve the business!

Very good, the rice was soft and the chicken was tender. Spice had the perfect quick to it.

The flavors in both of our meals were remarkable. Excellent food, and it's all so fresh. No processed crap- no guilt! The dining room is cozy, the service was great. I got beef pho, hubs got a drunken rice pot (sadly no picture) and we shared the chicken dumplings. Can't wait to go back and try the fried banana dessert.

Loved loved loved my noodle dish. I got the drunken noodles with beef and chose the linguini noodle and ordered it mild. The flavor of this dish was incredible! The right amount of sauce, I could def spice it up a bit, to medium heat next time, and everything from the noodles to the veggies were fresh and delicious. I got the frites with peanut sauce and that would definitely make a great snack for the 20min ride back to the house as they were delicious but probably even more incredible fresh out of the fryer. T - I forgot her full name (so sorry) was absolutely incredible. She was sooooo welcoming, friendly, offered suggestions on where to go and what to do in the area and really made me feel good about supporting this local business. We will definitely be ordering from here again!

Beef Basil over Rice, Pad Thai

Food was amazing with the pork being nicely crispy and the noodles being steamy and made well! The staff was super friendly, and offered to try their pineapple soda which was very delicious! They also were very kind to give me extra sriracha sauce for our dishes.

Wide rice noodle, black sauce w chicken .. amazing

Been here countless times .. always on point tonight we toured the menu and it didn't disappoint Crispy Pork Belly Bao buns to start were killer..Grandma's spring rolls are exactly how they should be, light, flakey, fresh... pork dumplings were in a delicate wrapper and just addicting. Next we had the Thai basil beef. It was bright and flavorful.

One of the best restaurants in Westerly. Their drunken noodles, crab fried rice, and ramen are my comfort foods of choice 100%.

For drinks I got a refresher ~ refresher wasn't too outstanding but it helped with my spicy ramen~ my ramen so was savory and flavorful~ tasty, wasn't fatty or too oily. It had just good flavors that weren't too heavy but definitely filling and satisfying. My partners ramen was also very flavorful and tasty without the typical fatty, oily, tastes I usually get. We asked the server for the check since we need to leave soon after to make it on time for an event, and she gave us the check, and some to-go containers in case we needed it, which was very considerate! The appetizer were solid, good, but you MUST try the ramen. Spicy ramen was worth it if you need a good hangover soup or super chilly, or just want to sweat~ the egg and corn pieces were such soothing ingredients ~ Will be back for sure, even if the drive and parking is a hassle. Street parking is the way to go, and be ready for a walk~

The broth is so clean and light -- you can tell its depth of flavor is from the beef/bones and aromatics, not heavy fats and salts. The pork egg roll was also tasty and came out freshly fried. I walked into a space where the owners were warm and engaged in a way that came through consistently, and the restaurant had the feel of a place run with real investment in what comes out of the kitchen. The pho is the centerpiece and it earns that position. I tried the broth, which was light and clean, built with depth rather than heaviness, and the beef was tender throughout. The short rib and oxtail versions are the ones to order when available, and the brisket is the reliable fallback when they are not. The rare steak and tendon option is worth trying for anyone who wants to go further into the menu. I also ordered the pork vermicelli bowl, another strong choice, with well seasoned pork and fresh vegetables that held up against the noodle base. It came with a spring roll component that added to the overall value of the dish. The banh mi was flavorful and well assembled, and the fresh rolls were worth ordering alongside whatever else I got. Vietnamese iced coffee and Thai tea were both solid and complemented the food well. Service was friendly, and the owners were visibly present and genuinely hospitable. The restaurant accommodates families well, with the kitchen going out of its way on small details like kid friendly utensils and high chairs that make the experience easier for parents. For Vietnamese food in this part of Connecticut, it is the kind of spot worth going out of my way for.

I have missed eating at Noodles & Co for my pasta fix for several years since they opened briefly in Nashua NH, Burlington MA, and Albany NY, but closed those locations since then. They offer a good variety of noodle dishes including Italian pasta dishes, mac & cheese bowls, Asian noodle dishes, zoodles (zucchini noodles) dishes, salads, kids meals, pot stickers, cheesy garlic bread, Korean BBQ meatballs, rice krispie treats, bottled sodas & drinks and Coke Freestyle fountain drinks. Gluten sensitive options available. The prices here seem pretty reasonable. My friend and I stopped Noodles & Co in Middletown for dinner recently before a concert nearby. The place is order at the counter or online with table & booth seating in this cozy corner space. I ordered the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan Crusted Chicken ($11.95 plus tax) and made it a meal with a side Caesar salad and fountain drink (add $3.65 plus tax). My friend ordered the Pesto Cavatappi ($7 plus tax) and made it a meal with a side of Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and bottled Dasani water. We also ordered some steamed Potstickers (6 pieces for $5.75 plus tax) with spicy soy dipping sauce and Cheesy Garlic Bread (6 pieces for $5.75 plus tax) with thick marinara dipping sauce. The food was given to us bagged and packed which was a good thing since we needed to eat quick and any leftovers could be repacked quickly. My pasta dish was very filling which had soft spaghetti noodles, 4-cheese alfredo, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, MontAmore cheese, tender pieces of parmesan chicken, and cracked pepper. My friend enjoyed their food and finished their pesto cavatappi, mac & cheese and their rice krispie treat. I didn't finish my pasta dish, which I repacked for later. We barely finished the cheesy garlic bread and potstickers. I only wish Noodles & Co would reopen again in New Hampshire, which is greatly missed.
