two pieces of bread on a plate

With the name Nonna's I had higher expectations. The interior leaves much to be desired. Highly outdated, seats are highly worn and uncomfortable, walls needs painting. But decided to give it a shot. Concerned with the lack of guests. Maybe one other customer. Order chicken Alfredo, fettuccine carbonara and cheese bread. Pastas were mediocre, but good. Bread was just a sub roll split with a generous amount of butter. But the most disappointing was the sad salad.

This delicious white pizza is my favorite!!

After hiking one Sunday at the local state park, a large group of us decided we wanted pizza. Nonna's was on the Yelp app and local. We called ahead to make sure they could seat such a large party. Turns out we were the only ones there on a late Sunday afternoon. I was a little skeptical based on the reviews. The restaurant does indeed have the antique building smell, but other than that no issues with the establishment itself. It's a small town pizza shop and to be expected to be a little older. We ordered several pizzas. Our waitress was awesome. She provided excellent service and kept us all filled on drinks. The pizza was amazing. We loved the white pizza topped with ricotta and broccoli. We throughly enjoyed our visit and have been back several Sundays with large parties. We will continue to frequent Nonna's for pizza night.

    Best part of the meal.

Food is very good. Well worth the stop. It is family owned and run. The building is a bit old but the service was impeccable!!

The food and service were good, but the inside of restaurant needs updating. We had Sicilian pizza which decent.

We love their pizza. The staff is kind, but the restaurant is in dire need of updating. A decent place for locals.

This hidden gem has AMAZING Chef salads, breakfast burritos(get the hashbrowns in…read moreit) AND the Grilled Pimento Cheese (with bacon and tomato) is quite possibly the ONLY pimento cheese I truly enjoy eating! Staffed by only one person most days, and Ladine truly busts her tail to make your food amongst bustling golf course traffic! Be nice to her...she's the best.

The breakfast was honestly the worst breakfast we have ever had ( we have had breakfast all over the world- Australia, SA, UK, Europe.. last breakfast we had away from home was last week at Neuse Country Club- it was absolutely great! You can lean from them) the Coffee served here is disgusting! The US has so many choices when it comes to coffee, and you serve paying customers the worst brand. The restaurant self looks like something stitched together with different furniture and items being stored and items standing around everywhere. We are not picky people, but have no idea how the last and only 3 reviews gave you 5 stars. We would hardly give you any stars! Any other breakfast spot in the US serve a better and friendlier breakfast & coffee than this place. Save your hard earned money & treat yourself to a meal in town. A Golf Country Club should definitely serve a decent meal not this.
