We ordered takeout from here so we didn't enjoy the restaurant, although it seems like the space has a pretty cool vibe. I ordered the Tagilatelle Ragu and it was extremely good, the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce was like nothing I've ever tasted in the US, it just tastes so fresh and did not have the strong acidic taste of pasta sauce found in the US. The food was top notch, probably the best pasta I've ever had while in Italy. My wife and I plan on coming back when we return to Bologna. read more
